Excellent location (close to the museum, both metro lines and central station in walking distance), directly next to a supermarket and a very good pizza restaurant (Lombardis) just down the road! Our room was very quiet (101) because it didn't face to main road. The accommodation itself is hard to find but our host Andrea showed us everything. Note: You'll need to check in on an app beforehand, then Andrea will text you on WhatsApp. His English is not the best though, so communication was sometimes a bit difficult. All in all, a great place for Neapolitan standards; Naples itself is not the greatest city though (imo).

Lovely staff, very welcoming. I felt at home. Amazing AC in the room, and very clean and tidy. The bed was very big and comfortable, and a good TV. Lots of wardrobe space, and high ceilings. Amazing view on the street below and and a lovely large terrace where you can sit and enjoy the view. I also got to dry my clothes on the terrace so that was nice. Good WC and bidé.

A bit hard to find at first, but very cool when you knew where to go. The shower head was slightly broken when I stayed there so it was difficult to shower. Strange lock on the outer door that was a bit of a hassle.

My room was rather big, and had a table, chairs, kettle and an easy chair. There's a shared balcony and big terrace with tables and chairs. Also a shared kitchen, though not fully equipped, e.g. without a microwave. Nicely decorated, especially the corridor, with some of the decorations original art. The rooms face a side street or back yard, so less noise than the location would indicate. And I paid a low price!

The room was good and clean. The Location was excellent. You can easily walk to via tribuneli where the best pizzerias and Trattoria are there. Spacious with a good balcony. A railway station is also nearby.

Not much to say. Good value for money

The staff were excellent. The balcony is the highlight of this place. Very large shared space with many seating areas and shade. Room was clean, cold A/C, good size washroom. The location was a 10 minute walk to the center, 20 min walk to the train station. Felt very safe at night. Cleaning performed daily. Kitchen with utensils and shared fridge for use.

The washroom has a slight smell to it. It is probably because the building is very old.

the hotel is inside of a big building and the way to get though isn’t traditional, once you crossed a few hallways you get there. Very clean place and confortable. I just needed a bed and a shower. the staff is helpful and sweet. Safe to walk at night.

The room was clean. Air conditioning worked great, close to all the main streets. There is a supermarket and a cafe and a pizza place right next to the apartment

Andrea is very friendly. Thanks Andrea! Wonderful room with a great view. The very center of the city. 20 minutes walk to the train station. From the airport 25 minutes by bus. The main sights of the city are 25 minutes on foot. There is a great supermarket under the house. I recommend B&B Sanserevo Naples to everyone

Early check-in was the best (I checked in at 11:00). Excellent value for the money. You are in the heart of Napoli without having to pay too much. Good common area and terrace.

It's cool to have a terrace right above a busy junction with a lot of shops, bars, restaurants etc. But if you have a light sleep the noise might become problematic!

We liked our room a lot, we had huge terrace and it was all ours. The location is good, you can have a walk to city center by foot.

It was difficult to get to the apartment: long corridors, not very neat halls make you doubt at first if you'd like to stay in this building. The host speaks English a little and we don't know Italian (
