Fantastic little Bed & Breakfast located between the central station (10 minute walk) and Old Town (2 minutes to Via di Tribunali, one of the old town’s main streets). The rooms are large, with creative use of LED lights and tons of attention to detail. The staff (owner, cleaning staff) are all very helpful and polite. Stores and restaurants are all located nearby. The district between the Station and the B&B (Piazza Garibaldi etc) might seem unpleasant after sundown, but it’s actually safe and has tons of restaurants. Also the metro (both lines), airport AliBus and trains (local to super fast) all stop there, so it’s actually very convenient to be near that square. And for those saying the entrance looks scary, as in the staircase, doesn’t look scary anymore, it’s been renovated, repainted white and blue and is actually one of the nicest staircases in Naples. And I can’t not mention the wi-fi. Every room has it’s own router and own wi-fi, and it is SUPER FAST and reliable.

great place, very surprising as entrance is a bit of politely saying “ looking dangerous “ but inside so beautiful and staff so helpful. I left my passport, AirPods and credit cards and realized 2 days later and they were still were I left. So honest owners and other guests. Surely will stay again when in Naples again.

The studio was very beautiful,nice and clean. Very modern and cozy inside all. Everything was excellent . Is very suitable for a couple . The staff is very nice. Keep in mind that inside that this place is AMAZING INSIDE but outside is just a old building …dont be fooled by outside! We really recomand this accomodation.

The only problem with this location is the fact that you CANT FOUND IT. No arrow to show u the name of accomodation… Nothing! We were afraid to go inside of the building even the adress was clear bcs of the damn looking of the building entrance.(looks abandoned building ,very damaged and dirty) Lucky us that we asked the guys from Pizzeria afront this building and they helped us founding 😂😂😂 When u go inside to B&B Puerta Capuana is all beautiful and cleand and cozy!!!!

I would choose again the same b&b. Good position, very close to downtown, even though the location outside the building is not that nice.

we had the best stay. it exceeds all our expectations. we will definitely book again the next time we visit Napoli.

Room itself was clean and had good quality fittings. Looked new. Guy who received us was helpful and allowed us to store bags and freshen up earlier than our check in time.

We got a full red, hearty, honeymoon suite type decor without asking. Gave us a feeling that these rooms are usually used by people who want to hook up. There isn't any front desk, or a person who I can reliably reach whenever I need something. At best I could send a message on WhatsApp and hope that the guy would respond. We had to wait for many hours to get the Wifi password. To be fair the guy who received us was nice and allowed us to store our luggage few hours earlier than our booking and even allowed to wash our faces. Also, the place is on 2nd floor and DOES NOT HAVE A LIFT!!!! Again to be fair, the guy helped us carry our huge luggage but it's a big negative and we wouldn't have booked if we knew this beforehand. The name of the place is misleading "B&B(Bed and Breakfast)", they DO NOT provide breakfast. Overall we found a place 10 mins from Napoli Centrale and was not too high a price, and the guy tried to make us comfortable the best he could. A for effort, B- at best for facilities. NOTE: Not all rooms have a Jacuzzi, ours didn't. Our room had a separate shower area where you can basically be seen by anyone in the room (Not Safe for Kids)

Clean, fresh and bright with a lovely balcony and unexpected jacuzzi bath.

No staff to greet us, no instructions on how to access the property or where to leave the keys when we were leaving. Eventually a neighbour helped us to get in after we called the contact on the website. Building being renovated which was the only reason we managed to access the building when we arrived. Bizarre.
