This place was great! It was about a 10-minute walk from the train station, and easy to find. The host was easy to contact and the room was cleaner than anywhere else we stayed during our 3 weeks in Italy. We were impressed. Hot water, A/C worked, and WIFI well. Plenty of food options within 5 minutes of walking.

We had some complications with the booked taxi through the host. Fortunately, a few taxis were waiting out in the taxi lane towards the train station when we had to leave (3 am) and the airport is only a 10-minute drive or so.

Clean room and extremely helpful host Simona and her cleaning staff. They were able to arrange a taxi pick up for us on departure very efficiently and made suggestions of sights to see. 8 min walking distance from Napoli Centrale Station, we selected this accommodation for this close proximity as we knew we had multiple luggage bags. Short walk to Centro Storico, shopping and restaurants. Security of property. Easy check in and check out. Decent shower size.

Neighbourhood was a bit shady, but no issues with security once In the building. Outdoor balcony but not really accessible due to multiple utility units taking up that space. Not much natural light.

It was close to the bus/train station which made it very easy to get to the property when coming and leaving Naples. The place was very clean and was exactly what we needed for the short time we were in Naples. It was very quiet at night.

The balcony couldn’t really be used for it purpose as it had a big plastic drum and big air conditioning unit on it. Not a major because we weren’t there a lot of the time and that’s the only thing I would change. Other than this the place was amazing.

the property per se (interior) is perfect, it has everything, from kettle/fridge to storage room, it’s very clean and the self check in is super convenient and allows u to enter and leave whenever u want. also it’s super clean

the area is terrible, it’s extremely noisy even at night, and just sketchy overall. as a young girl i wouldn’t go there by myself

Auto check-in and check-out. The room was amazing, very beautiful, comfortable and super clean, so good for its price. I would recommend it for everyone choosing where to stay in Napoli. The location is also excellent, 2-3 minutes from the metro station. The stuff is very polite and so much professional. The experience of staying there was really great! Definitely would be staying there again!

Clean room, easy check-in, great location, many restaurants and bars in walking distance, big supermarket in the area :) great contact with the owner via WhatsApp , Simona is really helpful and will give you great advise where to eat best Italian food in Naples :) good place to stay over the weekend!

The room are nice and clean. The self check-in was easy and not complicated. Near Train station, Supermarket and 5 min walk to L‘Antica Pizzeria Da Michele.

The hotel located in a not so nice alley, which could be quite dangerous if you walk to or from hotel to somewhere at night.

The property was so comfortable with the very good working air conditioner , property was very clean and they have very friendly staff who guides you very well. They also provided free snacks and the room was very spacious.

The room was great, very clean, the location was near center and train station, as well as station of the airport bus (Alibus). The best part was lovely lady in whose apartment we were- she was patient, answered every question we had, is very polite and nice and she let us leave our luggage at the luggage room so we could still wander around the town before we went to the airport. I would highly recommend! Thank you! 😊

It was a nice and clean place. Huge plus- self check-in as our flight was deleyed for many hours, and we came really late at night. Locasion is very good. Good and fast contact with the owner.

Very loud out from the street, so I could not sleep much. I would not name a breakfast what was consider as a breakfast, but I know in Italy they don't eat much on the morning.
