Wonderful host - Maurizio is an angel - literally looked after everything from early check in to perfect pdf instructions regarding the property; a beautiful old building with a high finish, modern accommodation and great location. The mini bar, the AC, the bathroom lighting - just exceptional. My absolute return go to when I return to Naples. Highly recommend! 5*❤️

The Sorella bar is very slow for coffee as people got served before us who came in after us so we had to leave before receiving our coffee (vouchers for coffee/croissants are issued by Twin Towers) and I think that TT should pull them up on not reflecting the excellent standards of the accommodation - I felt (maybe wrongly) that they made the voucher bearers wait longer than paying customers. 😢

Great facilities (sauna + jacuzzi bath both fantastic). Host, Maurizio, was extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was very tastefully finished, with great lighting and was well designed. The cleaning staff were also very friendly and the room was cleaned to an impeccable standard - you couldn't tell that it had been used before. We had a great start to our holiday in Italy here.

The lift to the top floor was temperamental whilst we were there (and cost 20c per trip), we were fine taking the stairs though. The jacuzzi was great, however felt self-conscious using it at times as it was quite loud. The location is fantastic as it is so central, however is in the middle of a city so you do experience some noise which was easily solved with ear plugs. The included breakfast was a short walk away (Antica Pasticceria Sorella dal 1920), and whilst the pastries and coffee were delicious, the staff were quite rude at times and not very attentive.

Maurizio was incredibly kind and very helpful during our stay. He picked us up directly at the airport and drove it to the front door of the BnB. He provided us with breakfast coupons every morning for a free breakfast with espresso as well as coins to use the elevator in the main building (BnB is on the 5th floor and it is a lot of stairs). We were not expecting kitchen amenities such as cold water in the fridge, an area to cook/eat, and an espresso machine. These were such great touches! Maurizio was also more than helpful providing information such as where to eat, walk and tour.

Napoli itself was a bit run down so the area directly surrounding the BnB wasn’t the best but I never felt unsafe.

Beautiful, modern, and centralized. More like a honeymoon suite without a view. Decorated with lots of art and great detail. Mauricio providing transportation from the airport and area info was a plus. Enjoyed the breakfast at a near by bakery, absolutely delicious.

Although our room was beautiful, it was very small. The sunken tub was very deep to get in and out and having to climb a few steps to use the toilet or bath can be difficult for older folks or someone who has had a few too many drinks…Definitely not handicapped friendly. The area where it’s located, although it’s central, is very dirty, crowded, and lots of traffic.

Spotlessly clean and ideally located next to the historic centre of Naples. The B&B is located in a charming apartment building with grand wooden doors. We were greeted on arrival by Maurizio who was cheerful, welcoming and ever so helpful. He showed us how the lift works, offered us coffee/water and got us checked in and settled in no time - great comms and he couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast is provided just round the corner from the B&B through a third party deal with a local Pasticceria called Sorella and the staff there were friendly and helpful. You get a coffee and your choice of filled Cornetto (delicious). They have other things which look ridiculously good if you want to pay a supplement, but we were delighted with what was offered. There is a shared kitchen space with a coffee machine / kettle. Which included crockery etc that we didn't use, but was there if you needed it. Thanks again for having us.

Milk for a cup of tea would have been nice, but we get that's not the local thing, so this is more just a suggestion.

The property was on the fifth floor up an old elevator (pay 20 cents) to use. The room was extremely clean and the cleaner came everyday with fresh towels and the room looked like new every day. Maurizio was on hand by message and answered any questions we had. Breakfast was at a little bakery two minutes walk from the bed and breakfast and consisted of coffee water and choice of pastry. There was nothing I could say was wrong with the property!

It was our first time staying in a B&B and we were so impressed with the service! It was so personal and we were completely taken care off - what a wonderful way to be welcomed to Naples! The property was extremely clean, located within a fascinating older building. Everything we needed was provided in the kitchen and the property even offered to arrange transport for us from the airport (at a very reasonable extra cost). Thank you to M for looking after us so well!

Our mattress could’ve been a bit harder (but that’s down to my personal preferences of course).

The room was very beautiful, clean and with everything you need. Perfect to relax in the jacuzzi after a long day of exploring the city. The B&B is at a close walking distance to the main train station and the old city. It's not a fancy and silent quarter, but if you want that, you should probably reconsider staying directly in Naples. You get a very authentic Italian breakfast at a bar next to the B&B, I loved it like that. The host was very friendly and helped me out with many advices. All in all a very nice place to stay.

Great location (a 5-10 minute walk from the station). Comfortable bed, fresh towels each day, delicious breakfast (included) in café just a minute away. High standard of cleanliness and a friendly, helpful host in Maurizio.

Not much really but be aware that if you don’t have a 20 centesimi coin handy for the lift then you have the prospect of 130 steps to climb.

The jaccuzi and sauna in the room are a blast, very clean, provided breakfast vouchers for nearby coffe shop, tastes very good. location in city is great

The elevator costs 20Cent per direction, the property is located on fifth floor, also that elevator is very tiny. It was confusing to find the property upon arrival, thankfully we had phone line to call the host.
