The room itself was nice. Modern and looked newly done up. I really liked the little kitchenette and the shower was great. The staff at breakfast were very friendly and accommodating.

The building was really run down, wasn't expecting it from the pictures on booking.com. I didn't feel that safe. There was no one there to check you in, the front door was open when we got there at midnight. The windows were wide open as we went up the stairs. I found it all a bit strange.

The property had got various amenities and you did not have to pack anything extra. The breakfast and the view was amazing, the flexibility of the staff and the location was great.

The property did not have slippers and the bed was a bit hard. I would recommended to put bathroom slipper and mattress protector for the bed.

The location was very central and convenient to the metro and taxi stand. The room was comfortable. There is a great wine bar/pizzeria nearby.

I’m not a fan of self check-in due to spotty foreign cell service. Also, I m a Sr. citizen, and prefer to have a 24 hour front desk in case there is a health emergency.

Very good location. Close to ferries and hydrofoils to the surrounding islands. Wonderful breakfastroom overlooking the harbor. Breakfast is very good. Staff is very friendly.

The location was very good. It was on a side street so it wasn't noisy It was close to a metro and ferry station. The main room and the bathroom were very clean. The staff responsive to our requests. They printed out documents needed, such as entry to museums and a ride on a ferry.

The breakfast was a disappointment. Eggs were not an option . We would have preferred orange juice to the choices given and something other than white bread. I'm sure many children will be happy with the choice of waffles or pancakes. The wine opener should be replaced. Ir was quite difficult to open a bottle of wine. We would have preferred a somewhat larger room because we were three people and opening the couch into a bed made moving around the room inconvenient.

Great location right by the metro station with lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We had an ocean view from our balcony, which was lovely. The soundproofing was really good and very nessacery as the hotel is just off of a main road. Great water pressure. Good service and friendly staff. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, so can not comment on that. We would definitely stay here again.

Although the overall cleanliness was very good, the shower cubical could do with a very good scrub/re-sealant. I suspect it is an issue as you can not leave the extractor fan on when you go out as the door card needs to be inserted near the door for eletricity etc to work. Otherwise, no complaints. Would still stay here again

Clean nice apartement with balcony. Very friendly stuff. Very close to the bus stop (Molo Beverello Port, 3 minutes walk), if you arrive from airport by Alibus. If you arrive and make self check-in be sure you can find reception on right floor 3rd floor). We tried to find our key from wrong desk :) It's a little bit confusing, because Cortese apartements are located in differerent floors.

It's hard to find right address. This house is located opposite the restaurant La Muraglia.

The room and the bathroom really nice. in general looks like recently renovated.

The only small thing is that you need to eat breakfast in your room and need to decide the day before what you will have for breakfast the next day.

Write by the port and not far from the city centre, staff very helpfull

Breakfast in the room at the correct time was nice as was the helpful receptionist.

A little tricky to find. Taxi had to drop us off a the top of the street because of access. But, a good location for town.
