The location was brilliant:the sea front just round the corner,a walk away from the city centre, dozens of great restaurants a few minutes away. The Bourbon House itself was stylishly decorated,clean(the room was cleaned daily+the towels changed and toiletries topped up).The staff were friendly, approachable and very helpful.If you don't speak Italian, don't worry, someone will speak English.We LOVED the breakfast there! Delicious Italian coffee(quite naturally:)and a choice of traditional or continental cakes and pastries+savory options. Air conditioning felt like heaven returning from the hot oven of +30! Simply delightful:))))))

Wasn't a problem for us,but if your mobility isn't great,it's about three flights of stairs walk to the B&B.

I was concerned about some problems described in previous reviews due to the fact that 2 or 3 B&B share the same floor in the building. In fact there was no problem at all, including check-in, staff was friendly also at breakfast. The rooms are large and clean with courtyard view and external noise is not a problem. The nearest bus station is 150 m away. Bus drivers are sometime nervous and will not help you. Also be careful if you buy bus tickets from tabbachi store.

Room was really large and comfortable.Also the room was the perfect temperature and nice and quiet so had a great nights sleep.Staff were really helpful.It was a bit confusing when we arrived as you had to go through main doors from the street into a courtyard area and then up three flights of stairs(there was a small lift you could use) but it wasnt well sign posted.Once upstairs the entrance was also shared by three other bed and breakfast companies..

It is a very pleasant small hotel, just some meters from Lungomare di Napoli and Chiaia with all the restaurants and bars is just 5 minutes walk. We enjoyed the breakfast with a nice choice and very pleasant service which saves from the hassle of typical buffet style breakfast.

It is not straightforward negative but as the reception is open until 19:00 there are some extra issues when you have later arrival. The staff is very helpful and you can do the self check-in but you need to prepare and make yourself aware about finding keys, presenting documents in advance etc.

The staff was very nice and heplful when needed. The room had a great size and a big bathroom. Breakfast was nice but a bit limited. Loved that they made coffee just for you.

The only thing that was dissapointing was the balcony in the room. When we booked the Deluxe room one of the features stated on Booking.com is a balcony, which wasn't there. It was more like a French balcony at best.

Room was large and well decorated. Bed was comfortable though not sure about the circular base. Good to have a fridge in the the room. Bathroom was nice.

The only think which was a not as expected was breakfast. This was quite limited and croissants not as fresh as could have been though the bread was fresh. If the breakfast could be improved would have upped my rating.

Good location. Very close restaurants and bars, and metro is approximately a 20 minute walk away. Also felt safe in this area. Communication with reception was excellent. We checked in after hours and they sent on brilliant instructions. The staff we very welcoming and helpful too.

No safe in the room. We had difficulty opening the brown door when we got to the 3rd floor - we always managed to get it open but just found it a bit tricky at times.

Superb!! Great facilities, friendly staff and a wonderful location just around the corner from the waterfront!

Dogs barking early in the morning. This was not the fault of the property though, just a noise in the distance from outside.

Don't carry a lot of luggage. Though there is a life and very helpful staff, the lift is tiny and can be a task
