If you want a sea view, then you need to pay extra and book it in advance. We did and we were happy with the view.

The front desk was not very helpful. They were very "transactional" == meaning, that if you ask, they will give you a short answer. They are not ready/willing to provide any additional information/help. For example, we had 4 suitcases. They watched us struggle to carry them up the stairs and did not tell us that there was an elevator. 2 days later, we discovered it.

Very comfortable beds and very friendly and helpful staff.

2 hotels but marketed as 1...this could be made better by clearly stating that there are 2 parts to the hotel (one as advertised in the description and another in a modern building behind) Room not fully cleaned after previous occupants left (opened bottle from mini bar left on side). Parking is just normal Naples parking, nothing specific to the hotel.

Hotel right at the sea. Great for a stroll along the shore and to some restaurants right there. Old town about 20 minute walk away but mostly pedestrian areas.

Restaurants in front of the room windows have their garbage/bottles collected every morning. Expect some noise.

Location was perfect within easy access of everything. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The bed was very comfortable

The bathroom could be freshened up a bit.

The hotel has movie star themed rooms which are amazing. I was in Barbra Streisand. Which had a jacuzzi in the bedroom, which was a welcome surprise. Staff were very friendly and the location is right on the seafront with great views. The bed was huge and very comfortable. This hotel has class. If I ever come to Naples again - I'd definitely book here.

This gripe has no reflection on the hotel. The area is packed with people at the weekend and in the evening - which was a little shocking after coming from sleepy Paestum. So be prepared for that. Also the restaurant underneath the hotel is completely over priced and they will rinse you of your money while convincing you they are doing you a favour and all with a smile. If the hotel had more control over that or perhaps offer a better deal for guests that would be great! However there are lots of places to eat around this area and all at a fraction of the cost.

The beautiful view! The spacious and pretty room. Nice, big bathroom with lots of amenities. The breakfast was downstairs, around the corner. It was right next to the ocean, really pretty and friendly staff. Lots of cakes and sweets, scrambled egg, boiled eggs, bacon, cheese, cold cuts, fruits, juices, yoghurt… A lot of stuff! Good restaurants right there for dinner.

Absolutely nothing to complain about!

The view from our room was just on a street..but we knew it was not sea view and we were satisfied with that. The security box was very small, a computer can't fit inside

We especially enjoyed the location of the hotel since it's near a pedestrial area where you can take a walk and enjoy the beautiful landscape. The rooms are comfortable and some main attractions are at short walking distance (5 minutes to Castel dell'Ovo; 15 minutes from piazza del plebiscito, castelnuovo, etc.). There's also a convenient private parking just next door.

First night there was some noise from the street, but I guess it's normal since it's a touristic area.

Hôtel has a great location with ton of restaurants and sea. Additionally it’s located in walking distance to many of tourist attractions. From balcony you get a great view for Napoli and the sea. Room was clean and taken cara of each day. Transport from and to Airport is good as next to the hotel there’s bus stop and taxi stop. Lastly employees are very kind and helpful. I can easily recommend it for anyone

We were so impressed by this hotel, we were given a complimentary upgrade to a balcony sea view room. Beds were memory foam and so comfy, and we were also impressed by the complimentary extras (beauty kits, shampoos/conditioners, etc.). We also asked for the receptionist to call for a taxi in the morning at around 5am as we had to catch a flight. The taxi arrived on time and we had a really easy morning. We only stayed for one night but I couldn't recommend this hotel enough! Wish we'd had a chance to walk around Naples itself, but we were really only passing through (so can't comment on proximity to any tourist attractions). It was around a 10 min drive in a taxi from the train station and I believe it was a fixed rate of 20 euros.
