Location of the accommodation is perfect, bus stops nearby, few minutes walk to the center and the coastline, many good restaurants nearby as well. The room was very spacious and clean, the entire guest house is modern and stylish, be (mattress) was comfy to me. Breakfast included plenty of sweet cakes and cookies, but also bread ham and cheese was available. But in general, it's a rather sweet breakfast. The lady serving the breakfast was super friendly and nice, despite some language barriers (our Italian is not very well developed)... The guest house offers self-check in, everything went smooth and without any complications.

Breakfast could have included some more fresh fruits.

It was really a modern and spacious room with great mood lighting and free WiFi. It was right on the seafront and in walking distance of Naples city centre. We had a friendly and accommodating member of staff serving us breakfast each morning and a large variety of fresh food was laid out everyday. It was a great experience of an Italian breakfast.

We waited for over an hour to get into the property, only to discover that we needed access to the internet in order to enter the property. Being English, we didn’t have free access to the internet and we had to use someone else’s phone to call the property staff and get the wifi code. We were also confined to our rooms. There was a lounge space but it seemed to be off bounds for guests.

Location is great. The interior is very interesting. Impression of Skyhouse was created.

Breakfast was mainly pastry. It would be nice to have something more that is not sweet. The reception is working only at demand. Maid was the only available person at the place, but she didn't speak English.

Nice comfortable room, very modern. Good size. Good bathroom. Easy check-in. Great location. Very close to waterfront & Castle Ovo. Many restaurants located on the waterfront.

Elevator was very small and old. Units were located only 1 floor up, so it was easy to walk up & down, stairs were large.

Excellent location and organisation of getting the keys, via instructions received by Whatsapp. The parking garage directly across the street is a gret bonus. Breakfast was abundant and varied. Recommended.

I stayed in room 3. The place could do with a clean up. Especially the bathroom, where the shower windows rails probably were not cleaned for ages. Another minus was that the toilet was loose, and I do not mean the seat, the hole loo was no longer fixed to the floor. The fact that the chrome on the tap had disappeared showed that they focused on the main items but forget the mouldy shower rails.

Location was perfect.. The room was big and clean.. Heating was good.. Breakfast was delicious.. And the staff is very positive and reachable 24 hours. I recommend everyone..

check in time is mentioned here is 8 am , but that is for documents verification ( you don’t get room, which i never experienced in my life) , we got room after a hour, as everything was full. so had to wait if someone will go, then they will clean and give room!

Very nice, clean and spacious room. Friendly and helpful staff. Hearty breakfast with a variety of choices. Amazing shower and coloured lighting in the room.
