The location was superb - we could access all of the historic town center of Napoli, as well as the subway and a short walk to the main train station for a quick 30 min trip to Pompeii. Ivana was incredibly helpful and provided a wealth of knowledge and recommendations from taxis through to restaurant picks and more. The rooms were well apportioned and comfortable. The bathrooms were great - we stayed at a couple of spots that had no soap, hot water or poor drainage issues. None of that was a problem here.

I thought it said there was breakfast at the property - there isn’t but there is coffee. This isn’t a big deal as so many cafes and eateries are within a very short walk.

I recently stayed in one of the rooms and I must say, I was extremely impressed with the level of hospitality and room cleanliness. The room was spotless and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The cleaning lady did a fantastic job of making the bed and keeping the room clean every day. The owner was extremely hospitable, approachable she made ensure that I had everything I needed. She was always available to answer any questions I had. Overall, my stay was fantastic and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay with excellent hospitality and amenities. I’m definitely coming back

The room was spacious and very very clean. The bathroom was great and beds were comfortable. The coffee station in the hall was a nice touch. They also allow for bag storage if you have time between check out and leaving the city which is very appreciated.

When I arrived at 13:00 (the check in time listed) I took the keys off of the coffee table as instructed in the directions and went into my room. The cleaners then knocked on the door and said my room wasn’t ready and that the keys were theirs. I had very limited time to explore Napoli so I had wanted to check in, get my phone charged and rest up so i could explore but I had to leave the room and come back before I could do that.

Beautiful spacious room; nicely decorated with wonderfully comfortable beds. More of an AirBnB vibe - four or five rooms on the fourth floor of a building; entry via key code. Ivana was very helpful and friendly and communicated via WhatsApp. The location is excellent, as we were taking a ferry to Capri the next day and wanted to be close to the Bevarello port. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Got there with the Alibus airport shuttle which drops you off very close by (Porta Di Massa). Super easy to self check in and Ivana (the owner I believe) is an angel. I had a room that's perfect for solo travelers, couples or even family with a child. Property is protected by multiple heavy locked doors and the entrance to the courtyard closes at 6pm (but you have the key). There's even a vigil during the day. Also if you're looking for the best lasagna in town, Ostaria da Antonio is just a few streets away towards the castle.

The B&B had a central location but still it managed to be a very peacefull place to stay. I enjoyed my stay and Ivana helped me with everything. Room was clean and good sized. I can definitely recommend this to everyone.

You can hear the noices from the halway clearly but luckily the other stayers were quiet.

Like many new accommodation options in Naples, this is modern, clean and centrally located. The problem is when you arrive late, there are no staff present and you have to follow instructions to gain access. I found it relatively easy but others staying there at the same time had problems. But of course a 24 hour reception desk is reflected in the price. Overall a positive experience and thanks to Ivana for arranging an early morning taxi.

Nothing to complain about in terms of the accommodation. But i continue to wonder why all accommodation in a tourist city such as Naples provides TV with 100 channels all in italian. Am I being unrealistic in expecting some international channels?

Great location. Just a five minute walk to the Univerita metro station. Interesting streets and landmarks within a short walk. Comfortable room. Adequate for three but better for two. Helpful host.

Need to attach a long rod to the curtain to enable us to close it properly. The light poured in at sunrise. The windows were well insulated from street noise though.

This apartment was fantastic and in a great location within Naples. Ivana was exceptionally helpful and is a wonderful host who was more than happy to help with my requests. Thoroughly recommended and I will definitely stay here whenever I am back in Naples.

The place was squeaky clean. It is at a walking distance to the port-Beverello, so you can easily go to Amalfi ,Capri. It is also close to the Via dei Tribunali where you can eat amazing food! The host was very kind, friendly and organized. I would highly recommend this place to solo travelers and families.
