I didn't receive check in instructions in advance so good that cleaning lady was there, otherwise would have problems with check in (no permanent recrption)

Simple but comfortable furnishings, nice terrace, great location near the port, good value.

We're pretty sure they gave us the wrong room. The bathroom did not have a bidet as in pictures and did not have a jet tub as in description.

The location of the apartment is great, very close to all the major attractions and things to see and do in Naples. Parking was convenient, as our host recommended us to leave the car with parking al mare, right next to the building. Our host was extremely caring and helped us to make the most of our stay. The terrace was great!!

The terrace was absolutely beautiful. I loved sitting out there at sunset before dinner. The bed was comfortable and the room was large

The shower head isn't mounted so everything is handheld which wasn't that comfortable. There were also dozens of mosquitoes which is an unavoidable problem but travellers should bring plenty of repellent

The room is exactly as pictured, the host is very welcoming, the room was cleaned and towels changed daily. We were allowed to check in earlier because the room was ready, we left our luggage for storage until the afternoon. Also, we had a terrace with view to the sea and the property is located 3 mins away from the metro, in a very lively area with lots of bars and caffes. Will for sure book again if we come back!

Our expectations from what we read and saw on booking.com were completely met by the room. We were given really wonderful accommodation with a lovely terrazza and a sea view. The location is wonderful, and the facility is very clean and the space is tastefully furnished.

Even if the building is really old and not very attractive, everything changes the instant you enter a room. The air from the balcony was excellent, however, the air conditioner was not as intense as we had anticipated.

Noemi was a very professional and lovely hostess. Any questions were answered in a short time. Our room and bathroom were large and adequate. And the terrace was amazing! The wifi worked without any problems. and it was cleaned daily. Towels and soaps are available. You can even use cups, tea und coffee from the common area for free. There are many cafes nearby and of course the great old town and the port of Naples - so a great location! In addition, she kindly offers that you can leave your luggage there after check-out.

There could be more plug sockets in the room. And the walls are thin, so you can hear the neighbours.

Very good location, walking distance from different city attractions and yet quiet area. The room had a large terrace with sea view. Comfortable room, had some tea and kettle and a small fridge. The property is easily accessible, it is 4 min walk from Universita metro station. They can also book airport shuttle if you need, for a convenient price.

We had a great terrace which we also used during our stay in winter. The location is great and in close walking distance to the city center. Just a remark: check-in is until 9:00 p.m. without any cost possible; between 9:00 and 12:00 p.m. a fee of EUR 50,-- is charged. After 12:00 p.m. no check in is possible.
