great location. lots of food places close by. refrigerator, stove microwave and coffee maker available for use in common area. snacks and drinks provided with daily refills. best AC I’ve experienced out of all the places I’ve ever visited in Europe.

Staff very nice but I was kinda of frightened one night around 10pm seemed like someone was trying to come in my room. sound like someone was cleaning and may have thought my room was empty. not sure but the walls are quite thin so I heard lots and talking and rustling around. shower was very small and seemed to be leaking behind the wall and smelled of stagnant water

Location near the Airport shuttle (Alibus) and next to the metro Line 1. Elevator to the 4th floor. Clean room. Coffee whenever we wanted. Helpfull staff (Francesco) proactivelly contacted and helped us to find the facility and also stayed in touch to answer some quetions later. You can leave the baggage after check-out.

The breakfest, maybe considered as "standard" from Italian point of view, was very poor compare to what I am used to call "breakfest". We would appreciate at least bigger croissant or ham and cheese in the fridge. If you are able to "tune" the breakfest to the europian standard, then this accomodation would not have any doubts.

Breakfast was more than adequate. Lovely room and clean. Close to all main attractions and still very quiet for sleeping. Aircon worked a treat. Lovely restaurants close by. Best of all was the gentleman that met us. He was terrific in every way and most helpful. I hope his employer appreciates him. The cleaning lady we met the following morning was also extremely nice. Thanks to you both.

Nothing but what a pity the city council dont take pride in their beautiful city which had so much to offer and could be cleaned up so much more. This is not a reflection on this superb BnB

Everything was perfect. Great location, safe on the main street but the rooms in the back without street noise. Historic block with high ceilings and enough space. Very nice and spacious shared kitchen for all 4 rooms available in Naples Down Town, with shared refrigerator and coffee for each client. Very clean rooms, towels are changed every day and cleaned in your absence. Everything functional: AC, water, shower, shower gel and shampoo provided, everything clean and modern. Location close to port, train, bus and many tourist attractions I recommend this location for position, safety, cleanliness. I will definitely be back! Thank you, Naples Down Town!

I have nothing against

The hotel is in an excellent location (Next to a Metro station and 3minutes walking distance from the Beverello Port). It is a basic hotel with self-service breakfast. However, it is easily accessible, next to facilities, very clean and the staff (Mr Francesco) very polite and helpful (he even replied to my WhatsApp message at 11pm). Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here for few days, the place is clean , quiet and comfortable, lovely room with everything you need. Close to tourists attractions , port and within easy walking distance to metro, bus station and good restaurants. Communication with Francesco was very fast and helpful. When our taxi from airport was cancelled, Franceso came to pick up us late at night! I recommend this location for position, safety, cleanliness!

We loved staying at Napoli Downtown! The location is amazing (perfect for taking the ferry to Capri and Amalfi), the room is very big and we loved the opportunity to use the kitchen. Also, everyone was super nice and accommodating! 100% recommendation, would stay here again.

Overall, our stay was great! A few minor (!) things: - everything was clean, but the shower was a little moldy/dirty. - there was a huge step in our room between the bathroom and the bedroom which can be dangerous at night.

Excellent location, next to a metro station and the port. The room is big and comfortable. A lot of good restaurants around. Coffee, snacks are available all day. Francesco was available to answer questions all the time and provided good information about places to eat.

The room was really modern, clean and comfortable! Perfect Espresso in the kitchen! Friendly and good windows, nicely keeping the very lively city outside

The breakfast was in the common kitchen area, which was nice but depending on the taste a little too focused on sweet. The entrance was not labeled with a proper sign on the main door at the ground floor, this was a bit irritating when you are new to the city, but I was directly welcomed as soon as I enter the hall.

Great location to be in. Lots of coffee shops and bars in walking distance and things to see. Breakfast was great, to go coffee cups and cappuccino machine was a win.

If you have breakfast late there aren't any croissants or pastries left, could be more. Or maybe other guests just have to many.
