The room was clean, with AC. It's in a flat with 5 rooms , every room is locked and has their own bathroom. Even after you check out , you give the key back but you still have the acces code to the apartament .so you can leave your luggage their . It was helpfull for me because my flight was at 6 pm. So i have another half of a day to go around the city.. the host was nice. It s 4-5min away from the train and bus station .

When i entered inside the building i was a little scared. It looked old and abandoned . I saw a door with a hole (3cm ) in it . You could see inside the apartment. But the host apartment was nice and clean .

Very good location near the train station. Very easy communication with the landlord Alessandro using whatsapp. Willingness to help and advise. New room equipment (furniture, refrigerator). Private bathroom. Close availability of bakery.

The lady at the reception does not speak English. No city map available at reception with information on what to visit. Some roommates in other rooms were noisy at night. Everything was heard.

It was pretty easy to find, good location if you’re planning to take a train somewhere and also very close from the bus stop if you come by bus from the airport. The room was pretty clean and well equipped, it was also possible to leave our bags after check out

The building and the area look a bit scary, although we didn’t face any problems

Friendliness and availability of Staff; Alessandro was always available and willing to assist. As a 1st time tourist in Napoli, I cannot thank him enough. Thank You! Location; This B&B is conveniently located a few meters away from Napoli Centrale Train station thus taking great advantage of the public transportation system, public bus and taxi's are also easily accessible. Cleanliness; this B&B and the room were very clean with fresh towels and linen provided. Peacefulness: The main reason for my stay was to rest and I was able to easily achieve this. Safety & Security: Entrances to the main building and the B&B are protected by combination codes and CCTV. Wi-Fi: Included with the stay, always worked during my entire stay and had no issues whatsoever performing work remotely which of course also includes meetings/conference calls.

Many reviews from other's that have stayed here seem to be really misleading. While I understand everyone's right to excercise free speech I found some comments posted here a bit unfair, luckily I decided to stay anyways and I'm glad I did. This place is a higly affordable hidden gem!

Great room, you have everything you need for a short stay. The bed is large and comfortable, a private bathroom, hangers and a wardrobe. Very pleasant surprise was the small fridge, it's just a great option when you're in Italy ☺️ The location is just perfect, two minutes from the central station and 15-20 minutes walk to the very center of the old town.

Maybe towels and bed linen need renewing. But the price is so cheap that it is not a big deal so :)

Cosy and romantic room at just a stone's throw from Napoli Centrale. Contains all of the amenities you could need and is manned by a flexible and friendly staff and providing great service. Definitely recommended.

Unfortunately during our (short) stay the airconditioning did not seem to function (even after we pointed this out to the staff) but this also wasn't really a problem since the temperatures were quite mild anyway so we also did not insist too much.

The place was really spacious and incredibly well situated for the train station. The staff were really responsive with their help and assistance.

There was a smell coming from outside that got inside that made sleeping difficult for my partner. We couldn't work out if it was the trash or the air-conditioning.

Great location - 5 minute walk from central bus station. Heaps of cafes around, some nice streets for shopping, food. Great spot to catch a morning train to Pompei, Sorento, Vesuvius etc. Hotel was really nice as well and staff - smiling and friendly, even tho she did not speak english - we had a good communication and a good laugh.

Something was wrong with the sewerage for the house - bathroom had a bad smell occasionally. Nothing you can't live with, but still.

We thought we booked a room, but we actually got a whole apartment with a living room and a full working kitchen, this was a wonderful surprise!! The place was soooo nice and clean!

The area is a bit sketchy at night, but this isn't the property's fault

Location. Very convenient (next to Central Station). Many nice cafes around frequented by locals. Walking distance to many attractions such as via de tribunale and spanish quartier. There is a fridge in the room.

Elevator a bit strange, but seems to be a regular thing in some buildings in Italy - probably due to age of buildings.
