Beautifully styled with attention to detail, from a warm communicative check in and friendly hosting, cleanliness, great room contents (water, hairdryer, chocolates, fresh linen and towels) and breakfast offering. Very close to Napoli Centrale yet very peaceful inside. Thanks to the host Daniela for the one of the most beautiful stays I have experienced.. I felt so welcomed and cared for especially as a solo traveller. She is very kind and is happy to recommend or refer you to other places and services.

There is nothing to about the internal space and service of the B&B. There are stairs to climb with luggage to the 2nd floor as the building is under renovations with the lift not yet installed. The street the B&B is on is full of questionable characters loitering, but that’s like many streets around Centrale especially. Just be careful walking around especially at night. I wasn’t bothered by anyone but felt a bit unsafe walking the street at night. It’s a busy street though at least and busy.

Great location if you want to be near the train station. Easily walkable to the other neighborhoods. Daniella is lovely, helpful and was at the property each day. Amazing breakfast and delicious coffee. Clean and comfortable rooms.

There are quite a few homeless around the train station and it’s a bit dirty and rougher than some other neighborhoods but we, as two females, never felt unsafe walking at night. We were taking the train each day so wanted to be within walking distance to the station- it was a great location. Surprisingly very quiet.

Clean rooms and breakfast area. Lovely breakfast area and massive choice of bread, pastry, cake, plus some cheses and meats at breakfast. Daniela very helpful before and during our stay, sending us directions to the accommodation and then giving us lots of advice where to go and what to eat once we arrived. The location is very close to the centrale station so very convenient for buses and trains including the shuttle bus to the airport. However this also means it is is in the middle of an area which is not the most picturesque and has quite a few beggars and homeless people, particularly in the evening. We expected this beforehand but in fact we were pleasantly surprised and felt comfortable returning fairly late at night. In fact some areas around the historic town felt much more threatening.

The lift wasn't working (completely removed in fact) at the time of our stay, but this is due to be reinstated in future, and we weren't at all concerned about this. It's on the second floor, so infirm, elderley or disabled people would have struggled. Daniela had told us this was going to be the case well in advance though and she offered for us to cancel the booking if we preferred.

Daniela is an AMAZING host, extremely helpful and welcoming. The home-made cakes for breakfast were perfection. Rooms were super cosy and had all the necessities, we even had a mini fridge. The location is amazing as it's 3 minute walk from central train station/metro/airport bus.

The streets in the area are a bit dodgy so be careful especially at night. No one bothered us in particular but there were many homeless people unfortunately out on the streets nearby.

Accommodation was beautifully decorated and very clean with everything you need for your stay. There are literally no negatives, the lift was removed prior to our trip and was in the process of being replaced but only 2 storeys up and this obviously cannot be helped. Daniela had informed me of this planned works which gave more than enough notice should I have wished to change accommodation but very glad I didn't. Breakfast was special, lots of choices and the home baked pastries and cakes.... Wow!! Would definetly recommend & return, such an amazing and helpful host.

Wow wow wow and just wow. We have never felt more welcome and comfortable at a B&B. The host Daniela is the kindest person, she goes above and beyond for her guests. Before we arrived there was good communication with her and how to reach her b&b. She offered to help with the luggage as the property is under renovation and there is currently no lift. She even welcomed us with two cups of espresso and some cookies. The bed was the most comfortable bed we slept in almost two weeks in Naples. The room is very clean and has a lot of cute details. Also the breakfast was amazing. Look no further if you are going to Naples - this is a place to be (it also has a great location as it is like 5 minutes on foot from the central station). And don’t be fooled by the neighborhood, it may look a bit strange at first glance, but the apartment is a 11/10.

The only thing we would point out is that the walls are very thin and you can hear all the voices in the hallway when other guests come or go. We regret not staying more days at this B&B because it was our favourite in Naples.

Had a wonderful stay at Le Villanelle B&B. Daniela is a super host. Because I enjoyed my first stay at Le Villanelle so much that I came back a second time. At breakfast, Daniela always has some delicious cakes, buns, and cheeses. I like this property because the metro and the Stazione Centrale bus station are all within walking distance, as well as the Alibus pickup and drop-off points to and from the airport. I would recommend Le Villanelle as a stay for visitors to Napoli.

It is exceptional. The host Daniela is the most beautiful, she helped us telling us all the directions and making so beautiful breakfast every morning, it was exceptionally gorgeous breakfast. 😍, I recommend everyone to get this Le Villanelle B&B. If I would come here, I would come in this place again. Daniela was the best.

Everything is beautiful here. Host Daniela makes soooooo gorgeous cakes for us everyday, I cooked the same cake after coming back here on USA, but it's not like Daniela's cake.

Since I travel a lot so I have quite a good comparison between accommodations. I am 100% sure this was the best experience I had. Daniela is an excellent host doing everything to make the guest happy. Freshly baked cakes, great support including earlier breakfast on the departure day, comminication before arrivel, good tips and sincere care of the guest comfort. On top of that very clean room, comfortable bathroom, care of each single detail and daily cleaning. Usually happens only in 4+ star hotels. Apart from that 3 minutes walk to the central station and the airport bus.

All was perfect.

only issue was when we were staying, there was no lift but they were in the process of installing one so this will be resolved soon!
