Good enough location, racy view from rooms, heigh ceiling, picturesque interior design.

No food serving available, except not much options on the breakfast. My double bed was made by two mattress which is quite uncomfortable. Air conditioner is too old , so it’s loud and less effective, remote controller didn’t work. Drain problems in the shower and washbasin.

Comfortable but small room in a traditional city centre hotel fronting onto a main city road. Secure parking close to the hotel (E15 a night for our motorcycle). Excellent breakfast with coffee refills (rare in Italy). Within walking distance of numerous bars and restaurants. The stop for the Hop On/Off open top bus is only a couple of hundred yards away and is an excellent way to get into the historic city centre and have a good look around, Very nice roof top terrasse. Very helpful manager.

This area of the city is perhaps best described as lively. You really need to be a confident driver if you want to go there by car, or motorcycle in our case.

I hesitated whether I should book this hotel because of some bad reviews, but I must state now that I did the right thing! The hotel has its own charm and spirit, it’s a nice place with some antique furniture and beautiful windows. Our room was clean and spacious, the same is bathroom. We had our towels and linen changed, the room was cleaned, shampoo bottles were given every day. The most we enjoyed welcome drink at the rooftop. We are truly thankful to super-chef Fabio for welcoming us. He is one of those people who’s always in a good mood and is happy to see you! A cocktail at the rooftop is way you need at the end of a day! The staff is more than just helpful! Whatever we needed, they helped with everything: printing tickets, advice on sightseeing, packing breakfast, ordering taxi. It was a pleasure to understand that there’s always someone to help. The staff deserves 11 out of 10 :)

I would definitely change the windows in the property to soundproof ones. The windows are beautiful and stylish, but as you live at one of the busiest roads in Naples, it’s impossible to sleep without earplugs. I always take them with me, so that noise didn’t bother me a lot. Second thing is breakfast. I’ve never stayed at the hotel which doesn’t offer eggs and some vegetables for breakfast. On the other hand there were freshly-baked croissants.

Special thanks to Monica for accommodating us posthaste and being a great host! Also big thanks to Carlo for helping Monica with rooms and being a good company overall! Those two really made our stay there comfortable and without hassle, helped us with getting to the stadium too (forza Napoli!), if I come back to Napoli, will definitely stay here again

Very big room, 2 restaurants right next to the hotel pretty close to the old city center and to the train station. The terrace on top of the hotel has a pretty amazing view to the city and Botanic garden

The double bed had 2 mattresses next to each other instead of one big one. The breakfast was pretty shallow but the coffee was excellent (as it is in Italy)

Loved the whole inside of the hotel, very clean and beautiful on inside. Staff were super helpful, especially when my partner lost his passport.

The hotel tries their hardest to block out the sound of constant beeps and traffic outside the front, but the rooms at the front of the hotel may require ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

Good bed, air conditioning, it was a nice surprise to receive welcome drink on a terrace in the evening. The terrace is beautiful. A lot of restaurants nearby, bus stop, close to the airport

Center of everything: museums, historical places, memorials and market… Marwelous terrace with view to Real Orto Botanico, next few steps… Womderful fish restaurant A figlia d’o Marenaro next building.

Wonderful beautiful hotel . Staff fantastic and so helpful - gave us free drinks in bar on terrace to welcome us - 10 min walk to town - great location . Will definitely be back
