I liked that it was a sizeable room and there was a fridge and safe facilities. Breakfast was nearby in the owners bakery. The staff were friendly and helpful in the bakery. I had a good view looking over the city. I was greeted when I arrived and taken to the room which are on the 10th Floor of an adjoining building. It had good air conditioning and a lovely bathroom. It is easy to travel around either on the metro or using the buses.

I would have liked to see tea and coffee facilities in the room. As a solo traveller it was a little isolating as you do not see anyone there. However if you value your privacy that may be an advantage

The room 3d floor has a nice view at via Foria.It was clean.There were shared kitchen facilities (fridge, microwave etc).Near to the historical center,metro and train(walk 15min).The owner was very polite and helpful.

The breakfast advertised as "included" is ONLY 1 coffee or juice and 1 croissant and served at a shop (near the room) by rude employers( there is exception 1 or 2 professional employers of total 7-8). At the bathroom is installed a noisy fan (probably defected) sounds like helicopter and that was the reason that we did not turn on the main bathroom light.

Gianmarco the host is extremely helpful & knowledgeable. Keeping in mind this is Naples, location is great, surroundings are authentic, and most places of interest accessible by foot. There's also a supermarket (well-known chain) right next door. Fresh and tasty pastry and coffee for breakfast in the owner's pastry shop right next door. Access to the rooms is via an internal courtyard which also houses a bakery, a delicatessen, butcher's etc. all belonging to the same owner's. We liked it.

Only thing I can think of is that sound proofing between rooms could be improved.

Amazing view up on the 10th floor. Right in the centre of old town Napoli close to everything. The family that own this and all the cool restaurants and cafes nearby were incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and just overall really nice. They spoke fantastic English and answered all the questions I had. The one guy who didn't speak English and I didn't know enough Italian, was busting my balls at one point for misunderstanding what he said and we had a good laugh about it. The air conditioning was great! The shower was amazing. Room has everything you really need in it. But if you're planning on staying here, you'll be more interested in all the places to see nearby.

That part of town can look a bit rough, but I didn't have any problems while there and I was out every night walking around by myself.

Very comfortable staying! The room looks better then the picture! I love the balcony view every morning we sat there for a little. The Host very lovely! He gave us a map of the city sites. The apartment is close to the metro so it was very comfortable. And! Every morning a cleaning lady organized your room it was very nice

There was only one trash can in the bathroom it will be more comfortable if there was another one in the room.

Appartments are very clean. Clean lady came every day and made everything even more clean. Towels, beds, warm water - everything was good. Very friendly staff. And remark for European tourists about included breakfast - breakfast in Napoly is a coffee with one pastry piece (though pastry was very fresh and good). Don't expect some continental breakfast :) Warmly recommend Rescigno cakes they were very good. Just some small friendly remarks. If some room can take 4 persons it would be nice to have 4 mugs in room. Also we didn't find any plate despite the fact apartment has a kitchen corner.

It's not related to apartments itself, but be prepared that Naples still have problems with waste management, that means that outside trash is literally everywhere.

Very, very pleasant and hospitable reception. We arrived late in the evening - we were waited for and led to the room. The place was simple but had everything you needed. Passed on the local culture. We left very early in the morning - the taxi was waiting for us. The breakfast was different from the usual one, but the local restaurant happily adjusted according to our wishes. Be brave to ask 😊 .Everyone was very helpful!

Even if the location within the house was a bit unusual (you have to move through an entire apartment building), I liked how it was integrated into a regular local building - gives you a feeling of authenticity. The host, Gianmarco, is very nice and helpfully with any questions you might have.

The windows aren't noise-isolating at all, you will hear a lot of street noise even on the 10th floor, where the luxury room is at. The elevator sometimes just did not come, which is inconvenient with a suitcase or if in a hurry.

apartment hotel has around 5 rooms on the 10th floor (elevator evailable), our room was quite comfortable, morden equiped, a very nice surprice was a perfect seeview on the harbour, old city and specially on Mount Vesuv ( very romantic!!!) with a big balcony. Location is quite good too. You need approx. 18 min. by feet to Central Station, 5min. to the National Museum, 7-10min. to via Tribulali with planty of restautants… Service was friendly and quick responding.

I was very surprised with the deal I got because everything was impressive. The room was big, cleaned daily, close to metro stations and we had breakfast at the patisserie.

The level of English at the patisserie can be improved.
