Friendly staff, with good comms ahead of arrival. Room available for us at 12 noon, which was excellent and better than most central hotels. Room was compact but had everything we needed, including a fridge. The shower was excellent. We left before 08.00, the start of the breakfast service, but when we indicated this, we were given a 'takeaway'breakfast the night before. Given the hotel is near the main station, its location is very good. It is only about 20 yards off the pedestrianised walkway on Piazza Garibaldi, so there was no need to wander up narrow, dark streets to reach it. Once inside the main door, go left and up the stairs to find the B&B.

We tend to prefer a firmer bed, but this is a matter of personal preference.

Perfect location and wonderful standard, especially if you are staying for a short time and need easy access to train, airport bus, etc. We loved incredibly clean room and access to the kitchen and even small terrace. Since we needed to leave early in the morning and had not a chance to use the breakfast, our host left small snack bags for us which was highly appreciated and sweet. Everything was truly perfect.

There was nothing we would not like. We read from the opinions that the area may not be the prettiest but we truly enjoyed it regardless. It was short and pleasant walk from the center and beautiful streets of naples and incredibly convenient for further traveling.

I couldn't be more happy to have chosen this hotel in my trip to Naples, is a beautiful small place, chic, new, clean, comfortable bed, people so caring for me and my comfort, first day I went out to discover the city, and when i get back at evening my room was completely shiny and my luggage and clothes that i left out was folded in the closet!! I work in a 4,000 rooms hotel in a main city in USA, and this little hotel was above and beyond. And breakfast! Oh my God, they baked fresh Bakery every morning when you wake up, you have a fresh warm breakfast in your table... THIS PLACE IS A GEM

Nothing, everything was just perfect!

I really liked the room. Very clean. It has air conditioning, fridge and TV. Wi-fi works very well. I had a balcony in my room. In the bathroom I found soap/shampoo and a hair dryer. The room is located on the 1st floor of a block and I received the access codes on whatsapp. It was easy to find the location with the help of GPS, although there is only a small advertisement on the building where it is located. I liked that it is close to the metro (2 minutes to get there). There are many restaurants in the area and the lady who takes care of this b&b also sent me on whatsapp some restaurants/bars/pizzerias where I can eat in Napoli. There is also a kitchen in the location where we could prepare coffee/tea and milk for the children. A girl comes daily and cleans. I parked the car a few minutes from the b&b, in a supervised parking lot and paid 25 euros per night.

There is no breakfast at the location. I would have liked to have one as it is written in the description on the booking. I received a message on whatsapp on the day of my stay about some cards that I will find in the room and that I will use to receive in the morning breakfast at a nearby bar (a croissant and a coffee). Next time I will book more carefully the location and I will ask the property details about the breakfast which is very important for us. For those who don't care that much, I recommend this b&b, although the area in which it is located seems a bit dubious and dirty, but it is not the fault of the people at La Casa di Luna.

Good strategic location close to train station to explore surrounding areas. Close to Garibaldi so it's not as shady as other areas just a block down. Good restaurant (probably the fanciest in the area) right around the corner. Room was very clean and everything was very new and we comfortably spent 3 nights in it with family of 4 (bunk bed makes it more spacious than it is). Included breakfast was great. The B&B overall is very nicely decorated with Napoli soccer and Italian themes.

The temperature of water in the shower was very lukewarm. We really could not get good warm showers. It would get hot for a moment and then barely warm again. Also the shower is quite small. This is the only complaint pretty much.

Arrived after 10 pm and paid surcharge. Bed and Room were comfortable and clean, we had a balcony which we used. The shower took a bit of getting used to with regards to getting hot water and the cubicle was not too big. Towels changed every three days, sheets the same, If you want them changed before that there is a fee. There is daily housekeeping. The Breakfast was a cold buffet and included a lot of pastries. Location was perfect and easy to find, just off main street and a short walk to the Train station. There are lots of restaurants nearby to choose from and a supermarket just a short walk away.

Getting used to using the shower, delay in getting the temperature correct. Breakfast room not very big.

Easy to find. Conveniently located near Milano Centrale. it is also easy to get from the house to the port if you are going to the islands. If not, it is easy to reach the main historical sights of the city. I was pleasantly surprised by the staff. I had to go to the port for the ferry at 6:30 in the morning. The scheduled breakfast starts at 8 o'clock. What was my surprise when I thought to go and have a snack on the way, but breakfast was already served for me at 6:30. Made me a delicious coffee and it made my day!

The room was very comfortable and clean. We had a small balcony with a street view. Location was very close and convenient to the train station. The staff were very accommodating allowing us to leave our luggage early on the day of arrival. They also packed us a small takeaway breakfast as we were leaving very early in the morning.

The location was very close to the station but a bit of distance to the historic centre and the port and Castles. The area was perhaps not the safest or most attractive part of Naples but served a purpose because of its proximity to the station.

I chose this place because of the location and very flexible check-in/out times, since many times in the past my flight was delayed (and this time too) and I had to leave very early the morning after. I couldn't choose better! Super clear instructions from Sara sent over WhatsApp, gentle and kind. The apartment and room are modern, have all you need and what exceeded my expectations was that I found my breakfast for the morning after in my room, since I had to catch a train at 6:30am! Really well done! I'll be back. Thank you!

We used this hotel as close to Garibaldi station for airport transfer the following morning. The breakfast room was just lovely as were the staff and the outdoor balcony area was a nice touch with cute decor. Communication was excellent everything you needed in a whatsapp message for key codes etc. The room was spotlessly clean, plenty of towels.

Room was a little small, slightly claustraphobic but fine for what we needed it for. The area is a bit far aware from some of the sights
