After a heavily delayed flight, as usual now with British Airways, to Naples the host very kindly stayed open later; and at no extra charge as some places do. The Hotel was very centrally located to the train stations and airport costing a reasonable €25 by taxi from the airport. The breakfast included was pleasant. I wouldn’t have stayed more than one or two nights but did the perfect job for our time in Naples before heading to the Amalfi Coast.

The facilities felt a little basic but then felt reasonable for the pricing. It is a little loud from the streets in the morning but then again to be expected given how centrally the hotel is located. If you have heavy luggage there is only stairs up to the rooms but again the host kindly helped us.

The breakfast was superb!!!! AWESOME. The gentleman in charge of the breakfast was amazing. The agent at desk was very nice and professional, although I believe he can be more specific when he explains, considering that not everyone will now the system, culture or the area. The facilities was very nice. Unique and well preserved. The place was beautifully cleaned. Felt very safe in the hotel. Close to many things.

The parking situation was disappointing. The cost for parking compare to our experiences, was too much. I have mixed feelings with the location, it is very central, close to a lot of stuff, busy, but everywhere is dirty. But this is pretty much everywhere. An establishment owner literally took us aside, and said watch your surroundings for thieves. If you know the area and or can adapt or and are used to that environment, then you'll be okay. I would of loved a microwave, fridge and coffee pot.

My second stay at Garibaldi. The area around Napoli Centrale might not be super fancy, but still ideal if you do trips to Caserta or Pompei, Amalfi etc. Old town is a 15 min on food. The rooms are large, air conditioning is noisy for the first 5 minutes but then goes silent while still.working perfectly fine. Breakfast is nice too. And price is affordable too. Many nice food options in the area as well.

Wireless on the top floor is at times shaky ( better in first floor). Not something I worry about, but there is no elevator, but two floors is the maximum floor, so fine for myself.

Good location for touring around Naples, room spacious and clean, the bed was the most comfortable I have slept in for ages. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Outside our room in the street below they have a street market every day which starts setting up from 6:00 am so a tad noisy if you leave the window open.

The stuff is very kind and helpful. The room itself was clean and as expected drop 3 stars hotel. Also nice breakfast was included.

The area of the hotel is not so nice. Although it was near the central station, the streets are dirty and a lot of poor people in the streets. The feeling is not so safe outside.

At first I thought the hotel was in a dodgy area based on the people hanging around and the rubbish on the streets - but this was disproven as I never had any issue and was happy to go out at night.

Nice small, clean hotel conveniently close to the train station. Usual 'Italian' breakfast of pastries/cake and also hard boiled eggs which we were surprised to see eaten as you would a piece of fruit (shelled of course!). Friendly, helpful staff. Good value.

No lift - not a problem but just be aware!

We loved staying at Hotel Garibaldi. Great value for money and the breakfast was fantastic. The gentleman running the breakfast was absolutely lovely. He was friendly and so sweet interacting with our 8 month old. He was a real highlight

The hotel surrounding area is full of African traders and strange groups of men which one would not like to meet at dark time. However in the last few days police was visible and they sorted all out.

The breakfast was excellent, the staff very friendly. The location was very near the station and near an area with restaurants. The room was clean and the water was hot

It was a little cold during the night and it would have been nice with some extra blankets
