Very comfortable rooms and helpful staff. Pleasant bar area on roof with good sandwiches etc. Typical European hotel buffet breakfast.

Location great for central station, trains to Pompeii and Sorrento and airport bus but area is not pleasant. The waiter at a nearby restaurant warned me about walking alone after dark. Did not risk early mornig walk to the bus. Taxis to airport very cheap.

Located very close to Naples’ central rail station, the hotel offers easy access to Metro, Central Bus station, and many dining options. Even though the hotel is in a old building, it must has been newly renovated. Everything inside the room looked new. The shower room looked very modern with a huge shower head. The room was quite spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good, offering vast selections of freshly prepared hot food, cold cuts, and pastries.

Wifi signal was weak, probably due to the old building’s heavy duty wall.

The main reason we booked here is because it was close to the Napoli Termini train terminal for ease of travel to/from various sites on our travel agenda, but also that this hotel had great reviews, an awesome rooftop bar with great service staff (Tony, Salvatore, Davide), including 24hr front desk staff.

Unfortunately, this hotel is located in a not so favorable neighborhood in Naples, but once you’re in the hotel, you definitely feel safe. The beds are a little firm so if you’re use to soft mattresses, you may have a less comfortable sleep. There is no self-service ice machine if you’re use to having ice available but easily available from the bar at the rooftop - just ask the staff for some.

During our stay in Naples, this hotel satisfied us a lot with it's perfect location, which is very close to the train station and 15 minutes walk to the city center. It has also a pool at the rooftop which helps to relax specially after coming back from a long walk in the city. The room was clean and big enough. The staff were fine and helpful and very kind, specially the staff of serving breakfast.

As a 4-star hotel, we expected to have coffee or tea in our room, but there was nothing except the mini-bar. As the pool is on the rooftop of the hotel, it is small and can be crowded during summer, so notice that you may not find any free bed beside the pool.

Very spacious rooms and modern facilities, especially the suite. The pool whilst small was great on a hot afternoon and also a great place sit and have a drink. Breakfast had a good selection and staff were all lovely.

The location isn’t great, it’s convenient for the station but not a nice area and we got taxis everywhere as we didn’t like walking around the hotel. As soon as you stepped inside it was fine though so ok to come back to at the end of the day/night.

building, rooms, cleanness, stuff, bad very comf. A quite well breakfast. Terrace on the roof - very nice. Th room size ok for us (2 person), the bathroom nice and very clean. The hall, building interior was very fresh, clean, all good.

I can not say I liked the neighborhood. Tons of garbage on the street, ugly buildings, a lot of afros making noise until in the midnight on the streets, a lot of homeless, people with strange looks I was afraid to ask something to them. A strange feeling that we are in danger :D. But nothing bad happened. After arriving to the hotel from Central Station, passing through garbage, homeless etc, we discovered that the entire city of Naples if full of them. Everywhere ugly and ruined buildings, garbage, waste, dirty streets. The city has some charm, but is not like the other I visited and make us to come back. Overall, the hotel was like a "perfect island" to stay inside :))

The staff were amazing and so helpful. On our day of departure, they made us breakfast bags up, as we had to leave early. They also took the time to get to know you and spoke with us every day, the two owners were also around a fair bit and were so lovely too. The hotel is beautiful and the terrace is a really nice feature. It’s just a short walk from the station and you reach other cities in a short time

The location of the hotel wasn’t great and we felt unsafe walking around the area.

We had two rooms, both were very, very nice. The hotel was modern, and the decor was really beautiful. The A/C worked well, the breakfast offered many options, and the breakfast room was bright and beautiful. The hotel is very near the main train terminal, which was perfect for our needs. Those seeking a trendier neighborhood might want to look elsewhere. But the hotel itself was terrific!

One of our rooms was on a busier street and a bit noisy. Both rooms had only one tiny waste bin each—a second really was needed. Also, the showers could use a second small shelf to hold shampoo, razor, etc., as the soap dish was too small to hold toiletries.

Hotel was nice and clean. Rooms well air conditioned. Beds comfy. Nice rooftop bar with small pool (you won’t be doing lengths in this one). Breakfasts were nice, but it’s primarily pastries or fresh fruit so don’t be expecting a full English.

Whilst the property was great, the surrounding area really isn’t. It’s shockingly poor, run down, smelly, and not somewhere I’d want to be walking round after dark. Clearly this isn’t the hotels fault, but it’s important to mention.

The staff were excellent mostly specially a staff call Francesco. He was very attentive and helpful, and I did asked for his to he can be recognised for the excellent costumers' service he offers.

The fact I was given a room with window by the road which can very noisy at night and disturb my sleep and I had to pay extra charge before given another room upset me and I felt disappointed with the provision.
