It's a small hotel with a shared bathroom that's clean enough, very close to the central station of Naples, if you arrive by train you'll have no trouble finding it and can literally walk to the hotel and get there in less than 5 minutes. The staff helped me with everything I needed. My room was small, but I won't complain about it because I really don't mind since I was travelling alone and it was enough for me, in addition to it I also enjoyed the view from the window. My stay in Naples was quick and I feel that I got what I paid for, therefore I recommend the hotel if you ever visit the city.

The location was excellent near central station. Even there were a lot of migrants around that area, it is really safe. Nice places all around for breakfast. The room was comfortable, the shared shower and toilet were clean and never had to wait for someone else, was allways available at the times I used it. Highly recommended to stay here!! Room was cleaned daily.

The noise outside at the reception level. The bell ringing and the phone going is a lot of noise if you want to sleep early and are a light sleeper. I asked for another room, but it was fully booked. However in the night after 12 it didnt bother me.

Good value basic small single room located very close to the main station. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. So, for my purposes , it was a good base while in Naples to explore the city and catch trains to the surrounding area.

Some have said that the area is "sketchy", but I found it very typical of what you might expect close to many main city stations. Being so central, some may find the noise from outside a problem, depending on what's happening in the street. That's beyond the control of the hotel of course.

I came to Naples for a couple of days with the family and had terrible experience with the accommodation booked, so we had to make changes. We've found this place at the last moment. And we are really happy with it. It is so, so close to the Garibaldi central station, so if you plan to visit Pompeii or Vesuvius, the train is just a couple of minutes away. If you want shopping - there are many, many shops nearby, if you want restaurants - the same. And the accommodation itself is very nice, comfortable room and a tiled bathroom. The staff was extremely nice and helpful too. The place you choose to stay at can make or break your impression of the city in general. We hated Naples after our first night in it, without even seeing any of it, but will leave loving it.

Wifi

The location is very good depending on what you like. If you are looking for a simple and affordable hotel this is perfect. The metro and main station are within 10min walk, the historic core of Naples is close by too and easy to reach by just walking and for the area its not overly loud at night. While the rooms won't win any designer prices they are functional and reasonable clean. Staff were great, we could drop off our luggage after check-out to collect it when we came back for our departure bus.

The neighborhood seems sketchy at first, but we had not trouble, so close to a mainstation this could be considered standard.

The location was incredible. Close to food, transportation and shops. Easy to get to. Rome Termini is only three blocks away.

My first impression of the neighborhood wasn't good but the hotel in itself was great.

right next to the central station, the older receptionist was extremely friendly

anytime you left the place you had to leave your keys there which was very strange. the mattress had a very uncomfortable plastic cover. shower could’ve been cleaner. quite expensive also

Very close to the train station, reasonable price for a last minute booking in August. The hotel itself is clean and welcoming, don't get distracted by the neighborhood and poorly maintained building exterior. Also 11 min away from the famous Da Michele pizzeria where Julia Roberts ate in Eat Pray Love (best pizza of my life but after a 1h wait)

Very close to the central station, staffs are super friendly, cost-performance is super good. I went to many types of hotels (e.g., hostel, budget hotel, middle luxury hotel), and I found that the price is reasonable considering.

The location is very convenient.. 2 min walk from the train station.. and everything else is at walking distance too The staff was really nice, and gave many helpful tips. The place (room, common area as well as the toilet) is very clean - spick and span!

The area right outside (a few streets) seems a bit shady, especially by evenings. And this may make some visitors uneasy, but personally I did not feel unsafe at all (even as a solo woman traveler).
