Very convenient for a train traveler, just a 5 or 6 minute walk from the Central Station.The breakfast, which was included in the price, was a typical Italian buffet style breakfast. It was to be ready at 7:30 a.m., but was not always set up at that time, but shortly after, and set up quickly after ringing the desk bell. The room was spacious and comfortable, modern bath, the air conditioning, self-regulated, worked extremely well. There were plenty of towels provided, as well as toiletries. WiFi worked very well.

It was necessary to leave the key when leaving the facility, and one had to call up to be admitted into the building. This was a very minor inconvenience, to be expected for security purposes, I believe, as their was a lot of pedestrian street traffic. Generally I prefer more privacy coming and going, and so usually I take an apartment which was not possible for me on this visit -- not the fault of the facility, obviously.

Good thing in Italy to have something else beside sweet breakfast (there we some toasts with cheese) and I was happy to have nice coffee in the morning.

Bathroom was leaking from the shower but this is a minor thing. Cleaning lady forgot to take away towels from a previous guest (this is a minor thing, they were left behind the bathroom door, so it was easily overseen). We had a double bed that was two matraces combined by sheets that kept separating and making a hole between us :D

The staff was really nice and helpful. The room was comfortable and very clean. The price was very much a plus. Didn’t get to try the breakfast because I had commitments very early in the morning but there are so many delicious coffee shops near the B&B. Would recommend trying the cornetto and cappuccino.

The neighborhood is not the best so beware of that. But the proximity to the main train station is a plus if you’re traveling by train.

Everything except the dangerous looking location (but also good that it’s close to the train station) - large room and clean - very friendly and helping staff, 24h front desk - good Italian breakfast - leave luggage before and after your stay

I was with my mother, she didn’t feel safe at all in the neighbourhood. Dirty looking buildings, drunk and homeless people around and it’s mostly inhabited by immigrants. But nothing really happened.

The B&B is easily accessible from Piazza Garibaldi with the airport bus Alibus which takes only 15 minutes. The place has several rooms, with 24h reception and very friendly staff. I have met 4 of them and each made me feel really welcome. The bed was extremely comfortable (memory mattress). Shower is good with a rainforest fitting. Breakfast is Italian style (Cornetto, sweet cakes, coffee), so if you are after continental breakfast it's not that. However, lovely staff, great coffee makes it all great!

As others mentioned, location can look a little daunting. However, if you have your "street wise" mode on, you should be absolutely fine. As a solo traveller, it would be better to have a good choice of TV programs available. Seems only 4-5 channels worked (although the list had well over a hundred) and only in Italian. I would expect some satellite TV in a location like this.

The staff was really nice and outgoing, rooms were large, well designed and tidy. In the hotel we have felt very secure since it is, during the night, behind 3 locked doors and there is a night receptionist/guard. The location is quite good as well since it is very close to the city center as well as main station. The neibourhood is not among the safest, especially during the night, however there are always a lot of police officers, security guards as well as soldiers.

The bed was comprised of two individual matrassess. Which meant that they were splitting in the middle and were creating a hole in between them. This could be easily solved with a piece of rubber underneath them to avoid them slipping or buying a whole new single matress that would fit the bed.

Very nice staff, helpfull and available at any time. EXCELLENT breakfast and coffee (we even had lactose free yogurt). The room was cleaned every day and the towels changed, AWESOME bed and pillows (we slept like babies). It was nice that we had a balcony. Great location if you need to take the train or ferry to other destinations (like Pompei, Vezuviu or Capri/Ischia/Procida islands): 5min walk to the train station and 20min walk to the port. Overall, great price for our stay there.

Check out a bit early for my taste (10 o'clock max). The location of the hotel is for sure not the best one from Napoli (the area around Garibaldi train station seems a bit unsafe during the night, very dirty area with homeless people that live and sleep on the street). The Wi-Fi was either not the best one or the details that we received from the reception desk were not the corect ones. Long story short, we could't use it so we used our own internet data during the entire stay at the hotel. The breakfast area is on the same floor with the rooms so during preparation and also breakfast it can be a bit noisy (not really a problem for us).

I like this property because of its location. Not far from the Napoli Centrale which is the main train and bus terminal for Napoli. The room was small but comfortable. Excellent shower. It had a small office table for me to work on. Overall it was good value for money. I would gladly come back and stay here. The staff were polite and they kept my luggage while I went off on a walking tour of Napoli.

This place is so incongruous with its outside surroundings it is comically refreshing. And the b&b is just delightful. our room and the facility were spotless clean, and the rooms quite adequate for our family needs. The staff speaks only Italian, but are quick with Google Translate and all the staff were particularly helpful. The continental breakfast is much more than just coffee and a cornetto. The beds were heavenly comfortable. it was all just perfect. The place is just a 10 minute walk from Napoli Centrale station (train and airport bus), but also the same distance from Napoli Nolan’s, the station where the Pompeii train begins its journey - especially important and convenient if you wish to have seats for the train ride to the ruins. We were able to also easily walk into the old. city for a couple of great meals. would recommend this spot for a similar visit

Nothing, highly recommend…and the price is outstanding.

The hotel as well as the rooms are very nice and clean. The breakfast was quite simple, but I mostly enjoyed that the staff was very friendly and always available for any questions.

The area is not the best, but very close to the central station, so nice for exploring the city.
