Hotel looked recently refurbished, rooms were super clean, facilities in the room were amazing, free drinks and snacks in the minibar which was refilled daily. Bed was super comfy. Could not fault the hotel or the staff at all. Would definitely stay there again.

Hallway was not refurbished a bit run down but did not detract from any experience. As others have stated the location is not a great place at all, loads of takeaways and shops nearby where hygiene is not a priority along with a fish shop almost next door chucking fish waste on the streets. Once you get past those 3 or 4 streets you are fine. There was some unsavoury characters but didn't feel unsafe at all with the permanent heightened security, police and army soldiers patrolling the streets.

I was in one of the already renovated rooms and it was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous. The location is very good close to the main train station, metro line and bus stop to the airport. Also walking distance to the city centre if you do not mind a bit of walking.

I missed another chear/stool and a small table to sit on/next to the tiny balcony. Unfortunately the building opposite the hotel is empty and therefore its surroundings is a mess and it is sad to have such a view from the balcony. Not sure if the hotel has any tools to push the municipality to keep the area cleaner but I would recommend the hotel to try. The whole neighbouring area is unfortunatley occupied by homeless people, however, the main streets were full of life and open restaurants and felt safe and the accomodation is just round the corner from the main street.

The hotel was clean and staff were friendly, they tidied the rooms everyday always on time My children enjoyed their stay ❤ and my husband really love it,close to train station 2 minutes walk, everything you needed is just around the corner 😀 the people are so friendly, I would recommend it. The food, pizza, spaghetti, vongole, pesce ,Love going again with my family 👪 😋 ❤ 👌 🙌 ♥ Very neat the toilet and air-conditioned working 24 hours, free Internet as well 😀 👌 👍 👏

The breakfast was tasty and had different options, including local and also many different sweets. The staff was nice and speaking good English. The rooms and hotel were clean and with nice furniture.

The location of the hotel is near the main station of the city, but sadly currently the area is not of the most welcoming. The Internet was a little slow at the room I stayed in, but nothing to complain about.

Very clean, new renovation. good bed and pillows. Breakfast under average not more than that. The neighbourhood not as bad as many rewiews say.

No warm water in the shower in the afternoon and not the morning after either. Saw the plummers at 10 when we left....they should have been fixing the evening before. Small shower and as too often only one chair in the room. Should the other guest sit on the floor or stay in bed....tiered of this lack of furniture also in more luxorious hotels.

Great location next to the central train station for further travelling by train (e.g. to Paestum), easily accesible by bus from the airport, nice staff, surprisingly rich and very good breakfast offering not only Italian sweet pastries but also some "salty" options (which is not typical for this type of hotel in Italy so the breakfast exceeded my expectations). Restaurants nearby.

My room in the last floor was not renovated yet so it was not super comfortable but the price was fair for the limited comfort. The area around the block was not looking "super safe" but the walk to/from the central train station/bus stop from the airport was not long and I did not feel really threatened as more people were out in the streets and restaurants around were open even though my flight was delayed and I arived late in the evening.

- Room (Quite neat, new look) - Bathroom - Very nice, same new look - Balcony - I had a super balcony from the 5th floor, it was wonderful and with an impressive view - Minibar included in the price of accommodation - Air conditioning / Heating - Super ok - Super comfortable bed, I think there were 2 mattresses - The girl at check-in, very professional, helped us with our luggage on the last day after check-out to keep them at her place for a few more hours.

- The location is a bit dubious (being in the station area) but we had no problems at all, everything was super ok - Hotel lobby - under renovation, they were working on it during the day (we panicked a little at check-in) - One of the staff at the reception (a boy of about 25) - He kind of kept us outside when we were returning from the center several times, for a few minutes (he wasn't at the reception) - Breakfast was so-so (neither too much nor too little) - Decent

Great location within walking distance from the train station. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable, offering good recommendations for restaurants to visit. Rooms seem to have been recently renovated. .

Although the rooms seem to have been recently renovated, the same cannot be said of the staircase. The elevator was tiny but I guess that is what you get in an old building in the city centre. Not much to complain about really. The area seemed a bit dodgy but we knew that when we were visiting.

After reading other reviews we were apprehensive. However our room was recently refurbished, and our room did match the pictures that are supplied by the hotel. We had no problems with the room at all. Breakfast was a mixture of Italian savory with more international breakfast foods. While the hotel provided a safe, it was only large enough for passports and cash. If you had anything else larger than a smart phone it would not fit in the safe. The hotel is being refurbished, and building work starts promptly at 8.30 am every day except Sunday. But whenever we returned to the hotel, the building work was completed for the day. There is nothing the hotel can do about the street they are in, I would complain to the authorities to have the street cleaned more often. The hotel supplied toiletries and topped them up every day. Kettle in the room looked new. Our room had 3 USB, and 3 USB-C charging points so less need for plugs and adapters

These are things the hotel could do to make the stay even better The Wifi was poor. We were only on the 3rd floor and the wifi signal kept on cutting out. The best signal we had for wifi was in the breakfast room. The cooked breakfast, this could have been been placed on a hot plate to keep it warm.

All in all, it was a pleasant stay, the staff is very helpful and friendly, our flight was very early and we had to check out at 3:30 AM, but everything went well, they even booked us a taxi. The hotel is nice and clean, the breakfast was very diverse.

Since it is very close to the main train station, the area the hotel is situated in is a bit concerning at first sight, but we had no problems, also there were soldiers stationed at the main square so it seemed safe.
