The location is truly exceptional, perfectly situated in the old part of the city along Toledo street. Everything one might need is conveniently nearby, including a restaurant with amazing food on the same quaint street and an ideal bar. The room features a charming balcony overlooking the picturesque street, allowing one to bask in the authentic sounds and aromas of Napoli, reminiscent of a scene from a movie. The room itself is delightful, tastefully decorated, creating a comfortable ambiance. Additionally, the gentleman at the reception was very cordial and hospitable.

Under the "what we did not like" category, there was nothing to report. We were pleased with everything and had no complaints.

Fantastic location, overlooking Via Toledo and on the fringe of the Spanish Quarter. Surrounded by shops and multiple restaurants. Our room had a small balcony that overlooked Via Toledo (all 8 rooms have balconies - two on Via Toldeo and six on the narrow side street). Despite overlooking one of the busiest streets in Naples, the room was quiet due to the modern double-glazed doors/windows. Within walking distance of Toledo and Municipio metro stations. Within walking distance of the historic centre. Spacious modern room with highlight lighting (even alternating coloured lights above the shower) Good wifi

The offer of car transfer from Naples Central Train Station for €25 each way seems overpriced. We travelled by taxi from and to the station, and each time the metered fare (with extras for luggage) came to €15.

Amazing location, less than 5 minutes away from the Royal Palace, Castel Nuovo and other sights! Everything felt very clean and the room was refreshed every day with clean towels, making the bed, etc. The furniture & decor felt modern and aesthetically pleasing. The self check-in instructions were very good and easy to follow. The staff were very attentive and offered us to change pillows (since I'm used to smaller ones). Great value for money.

Hotel facilities and room were rather new and in good condition. Bathroom was also new and very well working. Location was near Gallery Umberto I and big commercial street of Toledo. Coffee machine in lobby was also nice. Also there were locked space for bags to leave after check-out when sightseeing. After getting guidance mail there were three electric lock how to enter room at late time - so actually rather handy.

Receptionist for 24h would have been nice. But guidance after receptionist left the hotel at afternoon was anyway good.

The room was super clean and comfortable, staff were amazing with communication during our check in even thought we arrived later than expected and the videos were very easy to understand. The location is right in the center of Toledo, and even tho it’s in the center it was still quiet at night. Metro is close by and everything is within walking distance. I would definitely return again.

Didn't like that we got hit for an extra €50 because our daughter slept on the fold out sofa Felt it was expensive for the facilities or lack of but it was high season Shower had handheld and overhead running at once, couldn't turn it off

Very comfortable bed. Well-located in the city center and close to a lot of nice places. The self check-in was well organized and convenient.

Breakfast is not that great. You need to get your breakfast at a nearby place, which is location-wise very nice, but the staff in this place is not very kind. Although the property says you have the option between a croissant, a dessert and a small pizza, once you get there you can only choose between 3 types of small desserts.

The location (in Quartieri Spagnoli) ended up being perfect for our stay and there is an amazing Osteria (il Gobbetto) literally feet from the entrance, where we ended up going twice because we liked it so much. The rooms were extremely nice, clean, and modern (ours even had a cute little balcony), with super cool LED lights in the shower and a strong AC unit in the main room. The staff were extremely easy to contact via WhatsApp and helped us organize our ride to the airport at the end of our stay. Definitely exceeded my expectations compared to previous accommodations that I've had in Naples.

There is rarely anyone at the reception desk, so just something to keep in mind. However, they're easily contactable via WhatsApp if you need something so we didn't have any issues really!

Everything was perfect! 1. Yuri is such a wonderful and caring host!☀️ 2. Location. It’s in the middle of everything you need. Not even a minute walking to Via Toledo, 5 min from Teatro di San Carlo. I got a very detailed and clear instruction on how to find the place. 3. The room was spotless. “Not just clean, Monica-clean!” 4. There was room service every day. 5. My flight back home was early in the morning so Yuri helped with booking a taxi for me and I didn’t have to worry about anything during the whole stay.

Would be nice to have a small shelf in the shower for shower gel and stuff.

Salotto Toledo was in a fantastic location, making it easy to walk to places of interest or access the metro and funicular. There are also a large variety of good quality options for food within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable and staff were friendly. The instructions given for self check in were clear and easy to follow. We highly recommend this accommodation in Naples.
