The hotel is next to Via Toledo, so the location was fantastic. Besides that, access to the hotel was easy; the hotel is beautifully decorated, and the same goes for the rooms. Excellent work! The check-in was very pleasant, and we were given several digital documents with much information about recommended restaurants, wine bars, and pizzas of course :) It was very convenient. Thank you very much for the extra thought!

The air conditioner in the rooms was relatively weak. The managers were informed and immediately came to take care of it, but unfortunately, it still did not cool the room enough for our personal feelings.

The hote(rooms) is located in the most convenient location, in "the heart of the old city", with easy/walking distance to everything someone needs to see , eat, drink, buy and "feel" while visiting this beautiful ,vibrant and "traditionally typical italian" city !The rooms are newly refurbished, detailed cleaned every day, quitetly enough- though located in a "busy" area and furnished satisfactorily to accommodate all our needs during our stay! The owners and staff, offered their guidance (through 24hr interactive chat in Whatsup 👌) and provided us with all the necessary information,to experienceband enjoy to the maximum our 5-day trip, providing us with info and recommendations on excellent restaurants, shops, museums, daily trips to Pompeii and Amalfi Coast! They arranged our bookings for taxis and even guided us how to easily get to Stadio Diego Armando Maradona for the Coldplay's concert! We enjoyed our Napoli days to the maximum!! Grazie Milla!

Great communication among host and staff, good recommendations and support from them, facility was quite new and clean, felt safe, and it was convenient to a mini market, mom and pop shops, restaurants, and shopping. It was also where the locals would do their grocery and seafood shopping. They change out your towels each day. They would even clean your room each day if you prefer but we just wanted floor towels changed daily. It was an easy check-in and check-out system. We really appreciated the efficient air conditioner. It automatically turns off when you leave but cools down the room quickly when you return.

It was around 130 square feet in the room. So it was cramped for two adults and one young child for what we paid in Naples. The shower didn’t have an enclosure so I had to wipe up the water after each person took a shower even though I lined the area with towels. It would have also been convenient if they had a washer within the hotel for guests to use.

Pros: Our room was a wonderful modern oasis of comfort after hot days of experiencing gritty Naples. Excellent air conditioning even with outdoor temps in the 80's and 90's, super clean, and new, modern fixtures. Comfy bed and sleeper sofa. No sound from the busy street. Good location. The host was highly engaged with us, providing restaurant recommendations throughout our stay. We never met a staff person - he communicated 100% electronically. He was like the Wizard of Oz behind the curtain. The host anticipated every need, provided fabulous instructions with photos, and fresh towels every day. We had a great experience and highly recommend staying here.

Cons: Wall between Rooms 103 and 104 is thin, so noise could be dependent on courtesy of neighbor. The room was small for 3 people. Not too small, primarily because it has been designed and furnished to be efficient with every inch of space. But no room to spread out, and bathroom is small so shower lacks a full door, creating a wet bathroom floor near the shower. Wasn't much of a problem - esp. since we got new towels daily, so could use one to wipe the wet floor.

Perfect accommodation for a short stay in Naples. The room was very modern, clean and had all of the essentials. The decor is beautiful and the entire place smells amazing. The staff set up a chat group with all of the information you need to access the building and photos of how to get there with annotations once they know how you intend to travel. They were so quick to respond to any question we had, Roberto was incredibly helpful. He booked a taxi to collect from right outside the building to bring us to the airport and couldn't have done more. I will definitely be recommending to anyone staying in Naples.

It was a very good experience to stay in this hotel, 1 minute away from the busiest street of the city, the room is very well planned and furnished, the bathroom is very nice, the 1st floor of a historical building has been restored and turned into a hotel, you stay in both an old building and a modern room, roberto He was very interested in us, he helped us in every way, there is a parking lot nearby (150 meters), 30 euros per day (I wish it was cheaper), we could walk from this hotel to everywhere to visit in Naples, if we come again, we will stay again, there were markets, cafes, restaurants etc. it was a great experience,

Definitely the support from host side was the best from whole visit. Without guys help I would been spending hours for searching nice place for breakfast, lunch, dinner but also attractions or parking. With all these things hosts help me a lot and it was the best experience what I had till today. About room - everything as described. Clean, modern, great place to spent some time in Napoli :)

Walls in whole building are thin, so sometimes we can hear what happens in other rooms. But well, it's just characteristic of architecture. Whats important - we never had problems that was loud around or anything like that.

The location, the quality of the lodging, the elegance of the furnishing, the kindness of the host. Excellent all around. Old building on typical narrow Napoli alleyway, tucked away behind a gate, with completely updated interiors... Even though our unit (108) overlooked the street, inside it was so quiet and luxe. Roberto really extends himself to give the best hospitality, even for a one-night stay. His recommendations (dining, where to wander) were perfect for us. And for two non-Italian speaking travelers, the communication, even including detailed photos of entry, etc., was so reassuring. I wish we could have stayed longer, and if I return to Naples --- this is my place.

I really can't think of one thing that we didn't like. Naples is a crazy/chaotic city and this is a happy little oasis.

Everything! Check in was simple and easy, instructions were sent to me the day prior for checking in, finding the room was easy with google maps and process was easy. Host met me shortly after I arrived, no need to call he just came by to check and see if all was up to my expectations. Got checked in and got information on where to go, where not to be alone after dark, everything I could have ever asked for.

I wouldn't say I disliked anything about my stay. The room is simple, if you are traveling and expect a room to come with more than a bed and a nice shower there is not much more than that in the room. Soaps were fine nothing fancy, shampoo was also provided. Bed is firm not soft so if you need a soft bed, you may have a hard time sleeping.

The property was super modern (everything up to date and smelled great) and very well located just a minute walking from the famous Toledo streets. Also, the check in was very easy, the team made sure to provide exact instructions about how to get there and how to properly check in.  I also had a small issue where I left personal items in the room after I had checked out and the team made sure to notify me as soon as they found them and they also coordinated with my driver to pick up my items.
