The most unexpected wonder. Don't let the big green graffitied door fool you. Once inside it it is beautiful. Room is comfortable, (we stayed in the room with the wall) insanely clean, bed is comfy with a choice of pillows, daily service. The breakfast is a block down with fresh pastry, fresh squeezed blood orange and any type of coffee. Grab a water at the room before you go or any time, which is a major issue for us water drinking americans. Location was excellent in historic area in between the Spanish section and the Roman section historically. Fiorella was a lovely host with all kinds of recommendations.

Fantastic location within walking distance of so many places. Fiorella met us on arrival and was on hand if we had any issues. The decor of the room had a mid century modern feel to it. Beautiful white linen and the most comfortable bed really added to our stay and we looked forward to coming back to the palazzo in the evenings after enjoying the beautiful city, food and weather. We loved Palazzo Toledano ❤️

Front door to the building is strange (but normal for Naples) . The door is tiny and there is graffiti all over it. when you spend a day in Naples you realise that is normal but at first it may appear worrying - but don’t worry what’s inside is awesome . You do have to go to a local cafe for breakfast and there was a wait for a table.

Amazing host and amazing mini-hotel! Stylish, freshly refurbished and in a great location (2 main streets crossing nearby, metro Linea 1 is 3 minutes walk). The room was big, with high ceilings (it's a real palace btw). The owners were nice and welcoming and allowed us to store our luggage before and after the stay. Breakfast is arranged in a café in 2 minutes and is great. I would recommend this place and would repeat!

The location was great. Just go around the corner and you come to an amazing market place. The breakfast was minimal, a cappuccino and croissant. But the markets filled in the rest of our eating needs. The historical district is also nearby, but we did not have time to visit. We only stayed overnight (after getting in very late) as we were on our way to meet the rest of our family further south, but this is where we will stay if we return again.

Room was hot and it took a while for it to cool down, especially after the very hot spell they had. Breakfast was very light.

Very comfortable beds, and a nicely sized room (also bathroom and walk-in closet). The location was really nice; in the middle of the city centre, but absolutely no burden of the sound of the streets. It is also right in between 2 metro stations. Our host was really friendly, and we could reach her at any time for questions, help or recommendations. The room was also very stylish and had a very beautiful historic ceiling.

Only positive experiences!

Palazzo Toledano was a great place to stay in Naples. The accomodation is in the middle of the city so it’s a good place to explore Naples. The room was very good, there is plenty of space and it’s also really quiet. Besides there is also cooled water you can take for free wich is very pleasant after walking trough Naples in the summer. The breakfast that is included is also a big plus. We also really appreciated the tips, help and quick responses of Fiorella.

We per-booked (via the hotel) transfer from the airport, due to late arrival and were picked up by friendly Nino. That was a great service which saved us a lot of time. The place is situated on one of the main shopping streets, but windows facing inner court still makes it completely silent. The house is very charming, especially the small door from Via Toledo to the inner court and the stair up to third floor. We loved the modern style of our room, the bed was comfortable and the shower was great. Breakfast was in a nearby café, one drink and one pastry of your choice. There are lots of restaurants nearby for lunch and dinner.

Excellent central location in interesting building in traditional Naples style with cool internal courtyard. Beautifully renovated apartment in tasteful and sympathetic style. Spotlessly clean. Host was very helpful and communication was excellent.

The property was a little difficult to find when arriving late at night.

The breakfast was ok. It was at a nice cafe nearby the hotel The building where is located its a historical one, so the whole experience is very special and you get to feel like a real Napolitano! The room was amazingly clean and the stuff was very kind The location is super confortable as well
