Laura and her husband were the kindest hosts ever! When we just arrived, we got a few local recommendations for restaurants and other places we can't miss in Naples which was so helpful! The room was quite spacious, and we also got some local pastries in the room (and a free refill outside of it, as a part of the coffee station). I really likes that there were only a few rooms (4 in total) which made this apartment hotel very intimate with a boutique feeling (especially as it's run by a family), while still being located right on Via Toledo which is Naples main street where everything happens - lots of restaurants, local shops, cafes and even all the international fashion branches which makes commute by walking super easy. Also, considering that Naples' city center could sometimes be intimidating during nighttime, we felt very secure at the apartment even when we came back late at night.

The elevator was quite small (could fit in only 2 people with luggage, or 4 people in total), but every time it came quite quickly and it had no issues running during our stay.

The location was excellent and the rooms clean, spacious and comfortable. However, it was the staff that made it such a wonderful experience! Laura was on hand from the moment we booked to check-out. She was very attentive and gave us some excellent recommendations that we thoroughly enjoyed. Cesare was very hospitable and helpful on check-in, and even sorted us an umbrella to shield from the weather!

The location of the guesthouse is excellent, very easy to walk to all major sightseeings. Very friendly and helpful staff, Laura gave us some great tips for restaurants, she reacts quickly and is always ready to assist. The room was nice, modern and clean. Would recommend this for anyone wishing to explore this vibrant and fascinating city!

The room is ideally located for those who want to experience the food and culture of Naples. Centrally located, everything is on your doorstep. The best restaurants in Naples are within 5 minute walk and many of the city sights are also within 5-10 minute walk. The room is ideally sized for couples. The bed is large and comfortable. Laura and her husband are amazing hosts and will help you plan your days in Naples to ensure you do not miss out on the amazing food and sights on offer. Definately would stay here again.

I'm not the kind of person who writes reviews, this will be my first, but my stay was that good! The property is super clean and modern. The room and bathroom were super spacious. Loved the high ceilings and balcony! You can't get a better location. 12 minute walk in any direction you'll find yourself in one of Napoli's exciting neighborhoods. It's close to tons of restaurants, markets, shopping, and public transit. This property checked all the boxes for me; a/c, private bathroom, wifi, elevator, location, price. But what really sent it over the top was the outstanding service. Laura and Cesare are AMAZING hosts. Laura was very communicative and responsive. She provided detailed instructions on how to find and access the property as well as made some stellar restaurant recommendations. After checkout, Cesare had discovered we had left something, he rushed it down for us. When he noticed we were having a hard time getting a cab, he arranged one for us. They were there for us the minute we landed in Napoli to the minute we left and we could not be more grateful. I cannot recommend this property enough.

Firstly the location of the apartment was ideal, I would certainly recommend staying this side of Naples! Most things were walking distance with a tube stop right outside should you need it. Secondly I would say that the hosts were nothing short of fantastic. They made a lot of effort to check we had everything we need, recommended restaurants and bars for us to go to and even organised a taxi to take us to the airport for a good price. We didn't want for anything. Lastly the apartment itself was large enough, clean with a contemporary decor. The bathroom and shower facilites were also very nice. All in all would happily stay again. One of the best hospitality experience we've been to. The most central location in Naples, in the center of the main Toledo street. Even before our arrival, the hostess contacted us, booked a taxi from the airport for us and helped us get recommendations on places to explore in the area. When we arrived the host was waiting for us in the middle of the night with an exceptionally clean and tidy room. Throughout our stay the hosts were in constant contact with us, offering help with anything we needed, spoiling us with cold water every day. Every day a cleaner cleaned the room brilliantly. From room to room is a refreshing coffee corner, with coffee and cookies that fill up daily. There are no words to thank for such a successful vacation. Would recommend to anyone asking to come here. Laora and Casare you are the bast.

The property is in a great location, very central and just a short taxi ride from the airport. The property itself is everything you could want and more - very clean, modern and well furnished. The staff were very attentive, flexible and catered to every need - they we just amazing. A special thank you in particular to Laura - I had a lovely stay and hope to return in the future!

Helped by supplying us packing accessories, she arranged the taxi not just for us but also for a friend from another hotel. We got a surprise special fruit plate. Laura and Cesare are amazingly kind and helpful hosts and do everything they can to make guests feel comfortable in their apartments. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Naples' most authentic quarter, just a short walk from the metro station. Rooms have views of either the main street or the typically narrow back alley - if you want more quiet at night, opt for the latter. Furnishings are minimalist but stylish and functional. Everything is amazingly clean (rooms are cleaned every day).

We liked everything. One might be surprised by the access through the dark courtyard and hallway, but don't be afraid of that - it's beautifully Neapolitan!
