Excellent location. Cordial and helpful staff. Good A/C system. Good breakfast. Nice outdoor sitting area facing the majestic Duomo. The lack of dedicated parking space can be an issue: however, 1) the location is really unbeatable; 2) there are two parking options within 5 min walk; and 3| the hotel staff can find creative solutions in coordination with nearby structures.
The bath should be better closed off, so that when a shower is taken the bathroom floor is not partly flooded.

Excellent central location beside the Cathedral and amenities. Atmospheric, very clean and comfortable with safety deposit box. Very helpful and friendly staff. Air con greatly appreciated during recent heatwave as were daily bottles of water. Good breakfasts.

The breakfast was generous. The staff were very helpful. The view of the duomo from my room was a delight. It’s very easy to reach the hotel from the bus stop where they drop you after the funicular.
It was hot in the room overnight. I don’t know if I could have activated air conditioning in the room.

The location was superb, close to everything with parking nearby. Despite the activity in the piazza, the room was quiet. The beds were very very comfortable. Breakfast was perfect. I would stay again and recommend it without concern.

Nice staff, recommended things to see and places to eat ice cream and so on. Right on a big square with a huge church.
No parking, had to pay for public parking on the other side of the square. WiFi with no security at all.

Location is amazing right next to the Duomo in central Orvieto. Breakfast is lovely and Husband particularly liked the ricotta and choc chip tart for breakfast.

It was a beautiful place right across from the church. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would recommend and stay there again.
