Great staff

Excellent location, close to all major Orvieto attractions! The staff were absolutely wonderful, and offered great suggestions on where to eat in the area. The continental breakfast was also very good with a wide assortment of cereals, fruits, and pastries. An affordable stay, I would definitely book here again!

Professional staff ! Excellent location within walking distance to all places of interest. Super clean hotel, room and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent varied amount of pastries , juices and awesome capuccinos! They arranged for a taxi on check out date which we paid for. Will definitely stay here again .

This was a nice hotel in the old city, about 15 minutes by taxi from the train station. There was a funicular we could have taken up the side of the mountain the old city sits atop, but we didn’t try that with the luggage. There were 2 steps to access the elevator to the room, but it was easy to access. The room was large and comfortable, even though there was no air conditioning. The breakfast was really nice, set up in their courtyard, from which you could see a clock tower, and where there was a fountain that had a tortoise living beside it.

It would have been nice if there was an air conditioner in the room: they had a heater, but if it also served as AC, I couldn’t figure it out. They did have a box fan that we used, and we slept with the window open until the street sweeper woke me up with its noise around 5:30 am, but once I closed the window it completely blocked the noise.

Central. Staff friendly and helpful. Room clean spacious historic and well appointed. Breakfast was continental and very good.

The location is near the Duomo and a couple of plazas with a fine assortment of restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

A super location, close to the things we wanted to see and do. It was easy to find, and an impressive old building. The room was new looking inside, the bathroom clean and modern. Breakfast was a standard continental breakfast served in an attractive room.

It was clean, the bed very comfortable and in the heart of Orvieto. The staff were all helpful and kind. The actual building is very old and added to the atmosphere of staying in this lovely town. On our first morning, we noticed there was a leak in the shower hose which we mentioned to reception and this was fixed during our short stay.

Everything was wonderful, location was so walkable!

It’s close to everything, especially to the cathedral.
