Although some of the facitilies are a little old-fashioned (bathrooms), the entire property is very well cared for, impeccably clean and very comfortable. The gentleman who checked me in was very kind as was another gentleman who was working later in the day. It's a very casual, homey environment. I had a beautiful view of the town from my window and I greatly enjoyed the pool as the days were very hot!

The woman who was working in the morning was not very warm or friendly at all. It is a little bit of a distance from the town if you are traveling without a car, but this was not really much of a problem for me.

Easy to reach, excellent location, close to the old town by car. Even tho it is near the E35 highway, inside the hotel and my room it was totally quiet. Solid breakfast, with variety and great coffee, included in price of the room. They have a pool refreshes. Hotel is staffed by members of a very nice, kind and helpful family. Comfortable room, and bathroom with all the essentials. Excellent recommendation for restaurant for dinner. Very good value for the money

It’s really a hotel rather than a b&b. But it’s very nice and you get good quality for your money. Large parking lot, nice rooms with en suite bathroom, super friendly staff and very nice breakfast - un-Italian I daresay -. There’s a supermarket at 500m distance.

Some noise from main road and railroad nearby. But it’s bearable.

Excellent hotel. Very friendly staff who let me check in at 01:30 with no problem after I missed a connection. Lovely clean, spacious room with a soft bed. Great range of breakfast options included. Loved using the pool. Great view! Also 10mins walk from train station and cable car lift to Orvieto. Recommended!!

I have travelled all over Erurope and Brazil and this place was the most beautiful and comfotable I have ever been. Very close to the train/bus station, kind staff, comfortable beds. Easy way out to Orvieto and Bagnoregio, plus, the best price ever.

It was a treat to have a pool that faced a beautiful panoramic view of the old city up on the hilltop as well as the surrounding modern city and countryside. The room was very large with a high ceiling.the staff were very welcoming and attentive .

The hotel is a ten minute walk from the station in the modern lower town, though you have to walk on the shoulder of the road for some parts.

Since i was travelling by Train its a plus thats its just walking distance from the Station and the Funicular going up the Oldtown. My room had a window overlooking the fortress Orvieto. The Room itself is spacious and clean. Bed and Pillows were comfortable. The Staff were extremely approachable anytime you need something, i dont speak italian but there’s no problem in communication.

The best breakfast in Umbria during our travel, nice swimming pool and the lift which is not so popular in Italian rental properties with car shade which is pretty important considering the desert sun over the head...

Furniture is a bit outdated

Everything was perfect, very nice hosts. Good breakfast, they even brought me a special gluten-free bread and pastry. A nice, quiet location in the nature close enough to the old town.

good location if you came by car, quiet and charming, excellent for short stay, nice friendly staff. safe for car, too.
