The hot tub was an excellent way to wind down every evening. The breakfast was also superb. But most of all, the staff, Anna really went above and beyond to help us. And also to pack a takeaway breakfast. They really made the whole trip so much better. We were also given the option of a better room which was such a nice touch and very much appreciated.

It is located on a very small tight uphill road which made parking quite stressful, it is not an uncommon part of Ostuni, but my friends who got a hotel along a main road did not have the same issues as we had. Aha, so something to bear in mind.

Very clean and comfortable. The bed is very comfortable with memory foam pillows which was a really nice surprise. The property has a beautiful terrazza with an amazing view of Ostuni. It is conveniently located near the historic center but is outside the ztl, so street parking while limited, is possible. If no parking on the street, it is a short walk to Foro Boaio parking lot where you can leave your car in an attended lot over night for 20 euros per day. We found this to be very convenient and even had a tour guide (Roselia) from Ostuni Tours drive us and our luggage up the steep hill to our bed and breakfast in an ape for 15 euros. That was super fun and made our first day extra special. The price for the transport is steep but we thought worth the price considering my wife was fighting off a cold and the hills were pretty steep. All in all, we were glad to stay here. The breakfast served in the dining area is fresh fruit, assorted meats and cheeses, yogurt, fresh Puglian pastries, coffee and juice. Silvia, Eugenio, Ana, and Manila were so warm and welcoming. We would definitely come back again next time we visit the beautiful white city of Ostuni.

Our room was a little damp and stuffy and there were some mosquitos, but it was kept very clean so it wasn’t a big deal. My wife had a cold and used a lot of the tissue paper in the bathroom, and they only give one roll of TP at a time, so we ran out frequently.

We absolutely loved this property - especially the bathroom. We can’t thank the staff enough, they’re absolutely amazing - my fiance proposed to me in Ostuni & the staff helped with organising the roof terrace to be decorated with balloons/flowers & wine for when we got back that day, it was absolutely amazing and something I’ll never forget. The suites/roof terrace/dining room were all absolutely impeccable. I honestly don’t have one bad thing to say about this place & would come back here in a heart beat.

Stunning little room! And the bathroom - incredible. The huge spa bath was so luxurious. The ladies are amazingly friendly and helpful, sent us lots of recommendations for restaurants and things. Breakfast was really lovely. A short walk into town centre. Would definitely stay again! One note: If you have large suitcases and no car to store them in I would request a room on the lower floor as the staircase is very narrow and steep.

The aircon was a little hard to get to the right temp but not really a huge issue

Staff were absolutely wonderful, we arrived 3 hours late due to a delayed flight and Silvia waited till 1am for us to check us in. She also recommended some amazing restaurants and bars, which didn't disappoint. The breakfast ladies were so lovely and kind. Ana was so accommodating, breakfast ends at 10am and the night before we got back from a wedding at 3am she kept breakfast open later for us the next day.

Location was great however you can not reach the front door by car. So if you have heavy luggage, you need to drag it up the small street. The owner was lovely and help take the luggage up the small narrow staircase to our room. Breakfast was simple but endless cups of coffee and cheerful staff.

Very good & quiet location yet close to the old town and its attractions. All ladies from the accommodation Silvia, Anna & Manila have not only been attentive, they have been extremely helpful with e.g. booking taxi and recommendations of places to go to. We were able to check-in earlier which was fantastic. The daily breakfast was an absolute delight. The room has been deep-cleaned daily as well. We can highly recommend to stay here

The property was well looked after and the staff were incredibly friendly and very hospitable. We were able to enjoy our stay without any hassle but we’re well looked after by staff. Location was great for old town and tourist sites. Silvia was incredibly helpful with restaurant recommendations!

Great care from the two ladies in charge. Sylvia even came to meet us when we were lost! Breakfasts good, inc gluten-free options and decaff coffee. Spa bathroom immaculate. Beds comfy. Wi-Fi good in Reception. Steps up to a roof terrace.

Beautiful accommodation minutes from the main square with its own roof terrace and solarium, which was very relaxing after long day sightseeing. Our room had a wonderful large hot tub which was amazing. A wonderful breakfast is served in the breakfast area or on the terrace. Silvia is very welcoming. Added bonus you can park on the street in front of the property.
