How old building and flat was utilized as B&B tourist model. Also, rooms in the apartment are wide range, have a lot of space, and comfortable look. Moreover, the garden had a barbeque in a common area, so a plus for that also.

I would suggest a renewal of a shower cabin. The staff who was in the breakfast area and the main contact did not know English, but anyways other contacts who are in charge of our staying knew English, so everything was fine and they were hospitable. :)

Excellent value. Good location, close to both the Stazione and the bars/eateries of La Kalsa. The staff was very attentive to making sure our stay was comfortable, (e.g. promptly fixed the shower head) Strong AC. Good TV. Charming furnishings. We would definitely stay here again.

The WiFi connection was uneven.

The accommodation was nice, good location , very close to central station. We stayed only one night, comparing to other accomodation we stayed in Palermo at the beginning of our holiday, this one was super good:) The guy in the reception was very nice, helpful, check in went very smooth. We had small issue with shower - broken shower hose, but staying only one night we did not claim it. The place looked very nice. I would recommend it.

Bathroom need a small repair.

The owner Andrea is a wonderful host, always there to help and assist, the staff is very friendly, the breakfast keep you full till lunch that you can enjoy in the beautiful Palermo center. The location is just where you need to be to have good time in Palermo

No regrets at all

The room was excellent. In fact it was two rooms which we weren't expecting. Very comfy and very tastefully decorated. Bathroom was very spacious.

When we first arrived, it was not obvious how to enter the B&B. We tried to follow the intercom instructions but it wasn't until another guest came out that we were able to get in. When coming out of our room, there was no lighting in the corridor and no way to access lighting.

Friendly welcoming staff. Great location for travel by train and bus. Great nearby Gelato shop €3.50 for four scoops.

Not having a fridge in the room. Everything else was great.

A funky, interestingly designed art-bnb which has a perfect location in the centre of the city but is nevertheless quiet. Has a small balcony. Very, very close to the central railway station (5 mins walk).

Decor needs freshening up. It is not serious...yet. The bathrooms in particular need some love.

A little bit old but very clean! Large rooms, ours was like an apartment. Very good service and helpful staff. Great location!

Poor breakfast but we were ok with a cappuccino and a croissant.

The shower could have renovated.

We stayed in a very nice suit with a pleasant common area stylishly furnitured and a fine balcony above a small, but pretty garden.
