The location was very close to Palermo Centrale Station, and it was a very good spot for starting exploration of the Historic Centre of Palermo. Our host, Paolo, is very passionate about his city. He provided a very generous breakfast. The room and bathroom were very clean, and beautifully restored. It was very good value for money. Paolo was very kind to care for our luggage when we had to move to other accommodation in Palermo later on the day of checkout.

Paolo is a very friendly host, always supportive, helpful, ready to talk with us, he gave us hints and ideas for our trips in Sicily and Palermo. The room was clean, big, the location is perfect (liike 100m from the train station), everything as needed. Moreover - delicious breakfast! I truly recommend this place.

In our room it was quite noisy in the night, but it was our decision to choose this room (our host proposed us originally a more quiet room). However, we wanted to have a spectacular view from the balcony on Palermo and mountains that surround the city. And after one night we got used to the traffic noice and could sleep with no problem :)

Perfect location just near the station and bus station. Very easy for buses to the airport. Situated on 3rd floor with a lift in a lovely old building. Our room was huge. Paolo, the host, was so helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.

Beautiful spacious room and very good 'breakfast to order'. The host was an unusual and interesting person. Good aircon. Well equipped bathroom.

There was a lot of street noise. The bathroom was down the corridor (given which, I thought the room quite expensive - though maybe that's just Palermo?). Pillow not so good.

The host and his wife were very nice, friendly and helpful. I forgot to message him the arrival time. When he got the message, he came back in a short time to do the registration. They gave lots useful help, information and advice to visit the city. The breakfast was very good and tasty.

The location was across the street from the central train station which was perfect, the host was so nice and helpful.

They were very friendly and helpful. The access from the train station is excellent. There is a supermarket nearby. I would like to go back again.

The host/owner was fabulous. we had choice of 2 rooms. we chose back room. quiet. cool. a/c. water in fridge. good explanation of sites. and an elevator. this place is great. yes, train station area is a bit …sketchy, but this is a beautiful building, beautiful rooms, fridge, a/c. 100 recommended.

The host is so friendly and willing to help. To make sure that we could catch the bus, he served the breakfast half an hour earlier! And solved the printing problem for us. As an Italian, he can speak Japanese like a Japanese. Don’t miss Palermo. Don don’t miss Profumo di Sicilia.

So easy to find. Our flight was late, we managed to catch the last train out of airport and our host stayed up for us to let us in. Very accommodating all round. Excellent position near central station and great for walking out to walk round to explore. Fabulous breakfast too. All we needed .
