Everything was fine. All listed facilities in the offer were present. Location of apartment was great. You may go for a walk to do sightseeing (most of must see places are in 20 mins walk distance) or traveling to other Sicilian cities was very easy, because Palermo central railway station and bus station are really close. Next to the Garden House, there was restaurant with good seefood and other with cheap and good pizza. What is more, I loved having coffee machine and fridge in a room. Also, typical Italian breakfast was good. Owners were very kind, we received maaany worth recommendations, including what to see or where to eat. I can truly recommend this place !

The hosts were very helpful. On our check-in date the host sent us a message on WhatsApp explaining everything we needed to know about Palermo. He provided us with recommendations for restaurants, pastry/gelato shops, tourist attractions and much more! Anytime we needed something for the room we sent a message on WhatsApp and he answered immediately! Once we arrived at the accommodation we were greeted with Prosecco and a warm welcome. The room was clean and as expected. The breakfast included small muffins, croissants and cookies that were individually wrapped on the table in the room. There was also an electric kettle and kcup machine. The refrigerator had several bottles of water and small boxes of juice. Also the Wi-Fi and AC worked well during our entire stay. The accommodation is close to stores and restaurants. We rented a car and had no trouble finding free parking spaces nearby.

Location was excellent and within an easy walk to historical sites and the sea. Lots of good bars and restaurants close by. The host was very welcoming sending us directions as to where to park and meeting us on our arrival, We arrived early which was no bother. We communicated easily via google translator. Our room was on the 1st floor and a good size. The fridge was stocked with water, orange juice, milk and cold tea. There was ample supplies for our breakfast along with a coffee machine and electric jug. Bathroom small but sufficient. Bed comfortable.

The owners were very helpful. The facilities are excellent, although the city is pretty much noisy the rooms were very quiet and peaceful. Exceptionally clean and comfortable😃 In one word: amazing! We rented a car and went to the beach called San Vito lo capo which was also great, we did that mostly because of the kids. Palermo is so interesting that we did not feel the need to go anywhere else.

Both the room and the apartment are very beautiful, cozy and extremely clean. The host is very nice and friendly and will offer you all needed facilities to enjoy your stay. The common space (living room and balcony) are clean and comfy as well. The accommodation is located 3 mins away walking from the railway station, very useful if you plan to travel by train in the areas nearby, as well as 10 mins away walking to the historical center. The area might look a bit unsafe, but we felt safe even during the evening.

Fantastic location close to the station, but quiet and spacious. The hosts thought of almost everything and provided a generous breakfast, coffee, juice and water.

Plastic on the bed under sheets made it a bit slippery. Toilet seat needed adjusting. The bar fridge was a little noisy at times at night. The positives more than made up for these small issues

Hosts are very kind and helpful, always willing to help. Top location - severals steps from railway station, city centre in 10 minutes walk distance. Typical Italian breakfast - sweet buns and coffee - coffee machine available in the room, enough to have a quick bite in the morning. Rooms are clean and provide pretty much everything you need, big plus are comfortable beds. We had a lovelly stay there.

Clean, modern and cosy apartment. Very nice and helpful owner, great location ckose to the city center. Nice restaurant and pizzeria with good prices very close to the apartment. Very nice stay in Palermo, we might come back soon :)

Very nice apartment for short stay. Really nice hosts who suggested many lovely restaurants, bars and try to take care of us.

The breakfast was not good. It was only a few prepacked croissants and jams. It was in the pictures, so they did not promise anything else, but it was not tasty or enough.
