Adil was a great host, always at disposal, always ready to help and he was very friendly! The location is also great, right next to the Palermo Central station which was a big plus for us. The apartment is easy accessible, everything is digitalized, there is a self check in which helped us a lot since we were coming to the accommodation at 1 o’clock in the night. We also had free unlimited drinking water in the BnB which was a great feature since the temperatures during our visit reached 47 Celsius.

The general state of our room could have been a bit better, the walls are not great, it was a bit cramped and tiny, especially in the bathroom, but it is managable. The water in the bathroom sink was not running away normally. Other guests would sometimes keep the light on in the common area which would light up our room at night a bit…

Clean and spacious room, really nice and helpful host. The WiFi and AC worked really well. Really close (like 50-100 meters) from the train station. The view from our window was really nice (just trees), even though it's so close to the train station. Really safe (it needed 3 different codes to access the room). The bed was huge and comfortable (I think it had a memory foam mattress topper). Great value for money!

It was a bit noisy due to being close to the train station and the cafe downstairs, but it was manageable. I also suggest being very careful in the shower as the hot water can get really hot (scalding, even).

Nicely designed little place. Super close to Central train and bis station. Perfect hub for a night between travels. The property manager Adil is super helpful and attentive person. He will make sure you are perfectly fine and have all you need for accomodate yourself comfortably.

You really get yourself just a room in a shared apartment. The common living area has a tiny dark window to an interior well so you won’t want to spend any time there

No bracket in the shower for soap, etc. - everything had to be placed on the shower floor. Access system depended on third party co-operation. Other tenants could lock us out. Bed was great (very big!) but too high for senior persons to climb on it with ease. The location is not premium quality for tourists! Could be much cleaner, but appreciate this is not manageable by the owner!

Just right next to train station, extremely convenient location. Host is very helpful and responsive, able to help anytime. Room is clean, bed is comfy.

The air con keep restarting for unknown reason in the midnight, kind of annoying. And the hair dryer is a bit weak.

Convenient location right beside railway station. Convenient for main sights also - you just walk down Via Roma from the station . Very secure - three sets of doors with entry codes to get to your room. Well set up for self catering . Fridge, cooker etc

Nothing really. Maybe area around station not asc elegant as rest of this part of Palermo

The noises from the street in the morning in the first night (later we closed everything in the near of window)

First of all the host was excellent. Very friendly and service minded, gave a lot of tips on where to go and what you can do. We had a small problem and he solved it within hours. The place was spotless, very clean and the location is also excellent. Thank you for a very nice experience!

We had an excellent stay and would like to thank you for everything : thank you for your great hospitality and , the warm welcome, your kindness, your precious advice to discover and know more about Palermo. It was wonderfull. hope we could come back again.

The rooms are located really well. Main Palermo bus station is really located ‘next door’ and train station is on the opposite of the street. Room is very clean and the host is nice, flexibel and always available.
