Comfortable mattress and pillows. Fridge, free water, good size room cleaned daily. Nice bathroom and towels changed daily. Breakfast including ham, bread and eggs ot top of sweet selection. The palce is in the heart of Palermo, next to the best tourists attractions. Well working aircon. Everything you need for great city break.

Although it is not the hotel fault, due to its great central location it is quite noisy at night. Closing windows helps but not enough to fall asleep comfortably. We were prepared and took earplugs with us which blocked all noise. I would recommend taking earplugs to make tour stay the best.

What a delight! I loved the colorful rooms, the caring hosts, and the location right in the center of Palermo Old Town. Everything is modern and impeccably maintained. The rooms are comfortable and quiet (I was in Fuchsia.) The breakfast buffet is nice and the tables are color-coded by room color - fun! I especially like that the B&B is family-run. Ambra and her parents live onsite and went above and beyond whenever I needed anything. It’s a gem and I would stay again in a heartbeat.

The position is very good, it is easy to find it with the googlemaps application, it is located right in the historical center, easy to reach on foot to all the important sights. The rooms are on the 3rd floor, but there is an elevator. It is clean, very good wifi, we stayed in the pink room, it has a window, refrigerator, tea, coffee, in the bathroom there are shampoo and shower gel, hairdryer, bidet. The hall is welcoming and beautifully decorated, the hostess is kind, the breakfast has salty and sweet products.

The location was excellent, centrally located and within walking distance of all the sights. The owners were very accommodating. When we arrived the man went down to the street parking area with us and negotiated with the “attendant”; and they opened breakfast a half hour early for us. The street parking was only a couple of minutes walk from the B&B.

We had some difficulty with parking. When we arrived at the secure parking site, it was full. So we had to go to the street parking area where we fortunately found a place. The “attendant” wanted 15 euros; the B&B owner kindly came to the parking spot and concluded an agreement for 5 euros (for 2 nights).

From location, right in the heart of the old town to beautifully decorated rooms everything was perfect. Viola room was very pretty, modern and facilities worked flawlessly (AC, WiFi, kettle, fridge, safe etc). AC strong enough to cool the room at 40 degrees C, which is a big thing. Cleaning service every day. Staff are incredibly nice and go the extra mile to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Breakfast was also nice with savory and sweet options and delicious homemade cake every morning (homemade or not, there was a beautiful cake every morning). All in all, I can't praise this accommodation enough!

Just wow. Everything was perfecto. Location is excellent. 10meters and you are in main street. Breakfast have different options (even home made type). Mostly pastries, but there were also other options too. Beds comfortable. Have even extra sheets. Two adults and kids could fit easily with plenty of room Hospitality beyond limits. Answered even extra answers which i had for tours. Bathroom had all required amenities.

It is no minus, but some people would see as disadvantage. It is not real type hotel it is closer where couple appartaments made to hotel. Not suitable for whom want top end 5* hotel

Wow! You get fresh, home-made cakes (kudos to the very nice lady baking them :) with your breakfast! Lovely little place managed by a very friendly Italian family (they speak English). Everything was spotless clean, nice and quiet(!) room on the 3rd floor of a building, right next to the main pedestrian street (Via Maqueda), walking distance from many tourist sights. Very good value for money. Highly recommended!

Ambra and her family were extremely welcoming, kind, warm and helpful as if I were a family guest. Ambra' s itineraries are just amazing, beautifully thought and so clear to follow to visit Palermo from her structure. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast fresh every morning. I had a great experience thanks to them and I will go back to this lovely B&B every time I will visit Palermo.

Owners were greatly helpful and present. They greeted at the entrance, explained everything and they were there also during the breakfast where there were also cannolini made by her at the breakfast. The location is really central and the noise does not create any problems. For those who carry a luggage like me will not have a problem as there's the elevator in the apartment. Clean, specious and comfortable too.

There's nothing that I didn't like.

- Great rooms which were spotlessly clean. - Staff/ owners always available for information and even kindly stored bags at the property after checkout. - Owners even provided several itineraries of the city which included some hidden gems, not to mention some wonderful restaurant recommendations. - Breakfast was very good, including a good range of cakes, fruit, meat and cereal and excellent coffee. - Location was perfect for exploring the city, and close to the Prestia and Comande stop for easy transit into and out of the city.

A little tricky to find at first. Look for the Colors B&B on the intercom at the provided address.
