I was missing nothing. Julia and Dario welcomed me in a friendly manner and provided me with important information. They are very communicative and can recommend many good restaurants. Everything was excellent, perfect reception, clean room and great WiFi. Very central location. The train station can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot for those who have to take the shuttle bus to the airport, which leaves every half an hour. The room is simply furnished has everything you need, tv, fridge, wardrobe, bedside table ... All major sights are within walking distance. The beach in Mondello is very nice and can be reached by bus. The people are very friendly and helpful, I felt very safe as a single traveler, I can only recommend it to everyone.

The staff were very lovely and helpful. The room was clean, but simple. The beds were maybe a bit noisy when I moved, but it wasn't horrible. We got great view from our room, which was lovely. The location was fantastic, as Aldi was across the room, the interesting sites, such a market, Botanical Garden and many more were very close. Breakfast was very delicious and generous. I like that this small hotel was located in the beautiful, old apartment building, which gave an interesting impression. I visited Isola Delle Femmine beach and it was gorgeous.

Perhaps beds could have better set up, or comfort, but they were not end of the world.

The hotel exceeded expectations. Clean rooms, friendly staff. As we arrived at the airport very late, we paid extra and they organised a taxi for us. A friendly taxi driver was waiting for us and got us there safely. I like the old building, because it was 40 degrees in Palermo, but the wide walls of the building made the rooms comfortable even if we didn't turn the air conditioning down. The hotel is in a great location, close to all the important sights and close to the bus station. 10 minutes walk one way or the other. I recommend.

A little more variety at breakfast. But there are breakfast places nearby.

Location was perfect , near the train station and central for old town . 2 mins walk to bars and restaurants. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was big and cleaned everyday , bathroom was huge and aircon was great to have . Breakfast was varied , cereal , fruit , ham , cheese , tomato , cucumber , bread and italian cake . Lift was cute . Overall a lovely little hotel . Should be at least 3 stars .

Hotel has a shower room for use after you've checked out but unfortunately it was closed due to a cracked shower tray .

Stayed for 5 nights in Feb 2023. The hotel is located perfectly between the train station and the city centre, and the stay was very good value for money. What really made our visit exceptional though was the hotel staff. The reception staff were always happy to chat (in english or italian) and give recommendations or advice. The breakfast team were also efficient and friendly.

My usual gripe about european breakfast buffets: Vegetarians not well taken care of, e.g. slices of cheese on the same tray as slices of meat with only one pair of tongs. Booking.com implied there would be a refrigerator in the room and there wasn't, but that is probably not the fault of the hotel.

The hotel is located just a few minutes on foot from Palermo central station and also close to the historical town centre. All the staff of the hotel were really nice and helpful without exceptions. The breakfast buffet did not only comprise sweet pastry but also some cheese, sausage and vegetables. The coffee that was served for breakfast was excellent. The room itself had a spacious wardrobe, a desk, two chairs - in addition to the bed, of course. The view from the balcony was amazing, with a beautiful panorama of the old town and the mountains in the background. All in all it was spacious.

The windows were not insulated well, which means that you can hear the street noises which was particularly annoying when the garbage collectors came in the middle of the night. The bathroom could do with a renovation and all in all the room smelled a bit musty.

Excellent location. Only a few minutes' walk from the railway station, and about 20 minutes walk to the cathedral and other tourist sites. The staff were all friendly. Our room was large and clean. There was a good selection of food for breakfast.

The WiFi in our room was rather unreliable, but this was not a major problem.

This was a lovely hotel located on the 4th floor of an old building in the centre of Palmero and, importantly for us , there was a lift to bring us and our luggage to the 4th floor. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom, while small, was perfectly adequate. The staff were welcoming and extremely helpful and I would recommend the hotel to others.

Being situated on a main road, it was noisy at night but as Palmero is a busy city that's to he expected

Family owned hotel with wonderful friendly staff who were always available to sort out issues (example we needed a thinner pillow for sleeping and it was quickly provided). Breakfast was good

Hotel is located on via Roma which is a very noisy street. The modern windows were helpful in reducing the traffic noise but ultimately I resorted to earplugs for a good night's sleep. Beds were somewhat hard and sagged.

The hotel was in an excellent location, but our room fronted onto the main street and was quite noisy. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and breakfast was great too. The room was good, but the bathroom was a bit dated. Bed was good, but the pillows were not comfortable.

Traffic and people shouting in the street till the early hours of the morning. WiFi was a bit patchy, and the room and bathroom were a bit dated. Needs better pillows. Quite OK overall.
