The place was a time capsule in Palermo. I wish I find a similar experience in every place I visit, wherever. The place is not for everyone, though relatable low prices attract many, but not everyone would like this very special place. I stayed at Palazzo Viola in Palermo, on my my previous visit, it was beautiful too, but lacked the personal touch as Rosella Bianchi. Owners are adorable. Breakfast you can make richer buying yourself fresh pastries on a short walk in the mornings. You feel as a traveler in the apartment, not as a tourist. I would not change anything, not buy anything new. It's a perfect as it is. I liked also that almost the whole apartment is in your use, you are not closed in one room like in many places. Just sit on the sofa in the dark in a big room and imagine how was it a few decades ago. I would like to come back in the winter for a deeper immerse in a vita palermitana. Shabbier Palermo, the more I love it.

really good location, city centre, close to monuments and places of interest. Walking distance from main train and bus station. The appartment has its charm, a piece of history, original furniture, old historical house. The owner is helpful and nice lady.

One of 3 beds was very soft, uncomfortable. We couldn´t stay without air-conditioning, neither during the night with windows opened because of mosquitos and noise of garbage cars operating very early in the morning (2 o´clock)

The owner is a welcoming lady who can explain basic things in English. The big advantage was the possibility to check in at 10.30. The flat was very spacious, with a beautiful view from the terrace on the panorama of the city. The room was big, clean and wth air conditioning. The breakfast is a basic Italian breakfast but with freshly warmed croissants and bread and a natural juice.

The bathroom is old and could use some renovation. There was some dust.

We loved our stay at Rosellas! The hosts are extremely friendly and try to make you feel as comfortable as possible, the antique furniture has a lot of Charme, comfortable beds and a sweet little balcony round the experience off! Only one thing: The shower has extremely low water pressure so showering can prove time consuming, but otherwise we would recommend the B&B to everyone who is searching for an affordable but comfortable place to stay for a few nights..

I loved the eclectic decoration from an older time which fit the building and the rooms. It was a few minutes walk from the train station and located close to lots of places to eat and a short walk from the historical center. The host didn’t speak much English but we were able to communicate the basics.

Beautifully decorated home, very friendly host, complimentary breakfast was wonderful and served personally in the dining room. View out the balcony was great and the location was close to Palermo Centrale.

Via Roma can be a bit noisy at night time with plenty of traffic.

Very good location, close to the central train station and the city center. Clean room, AC working perfectly, comfortable beds and good little breakfast included. Incredibly kind hostess, she spoke perfect French and was very nice during our stay.

The location is perfect, 5 min from the train station, 10 min to the attractions on foot. There is a Lidl next to the apartment. The room is so big and the apartment is so amazing, decorated in a classic style. The room is clean and the breakfast is easy but good. The bed is very comfortable. The host is so kind. She introduces the story of the photos in the apartment and provides the plates and forks for our late dinner. She has a cute cat, who is also very friendly to people.

Rosella's house is incredible and decorated with gusto. We can definetely feel the art nouveau vibe with some contemporary touches. We had an amazing view on the city. We were also very close to Palermo Centrale and to the attraction in the city centre - a stone away really. Rosella is so sweet and helpful. She is fluent in French, so that was a very nice surprise. Moreover, her story is incredible! We were so glad to stay there and will come back if we return to Palermo.

Really central location.

Do not go there by car! daily ticket required for accese to the center by car which you may not be able to activate from a foreign phone number risking a 160 euro fine!
