We had an apartment at the very top of the house, consisting of a huge living room and kitchen area with a large sofa, an upstairs sleeping area with large double bed, another sleeping area with single bed under the stairs (you can also use this area for storage), and a bathroom. The conversion to an apartment from what must originally have been the attics of the house had been very well done. Ceilings were high, and there was plenty of light. Leading off the living room is a large rooftop terrace that we enjoyed, though you need to be careful that pigeons don't come in through the French window! We spent time on the terrace, watching the swifts wheeling through the air, almost skimming us as they came close. The access code to the street door and the two doors into the apartment worked well. Our host Valerio was very helpful, though we never actually met him (we kept in touch via WhatsApp), and he ordered us a taxi to get us to the airport at the end of our stay. The apartment is located in an alley only a short distance from the major attractions and eating places in the city.

There is no handle that turns the lock on the door of the apartment itself, and of course no key because entry is via a keypad. This means that in order to close the door when you leave you have to slam it very hard, doubtless disturbing others in the house. It looked as if the lock had suffered quite a bit because of this.

One of the best apartment hotels I ever stayed in Italy. The location is great, right in the center close to most of the attractions. The apartment is newly renovated was very clean with attention to details. In the kitchen they had everything needed- a lot of coffee, salt, olive oil. The check-in was very easy - the guy responsible Valerio was super nice and very helpful reachable by phone all the time. Our coffee was finished and Valerio and his colleague was so nice to bring more for us ( they didn’t have to at all).

The apartment is located in a good place to visit turist locations. It is newly renovated and it was very clean. The self check-in was easy and due to our late arrival nobody had to wait for us.

It is very noisy as the walls are thin. We could even see when the light was turned on in the neirghbouring apartment. From time to time we could feel some canalization smell in the bathroom.

Great location with quick walking distance to the main city centre locations and Palermo Centrale station. Beautifully decorated. Staff incredibly helpful in allowing us to check in early due to a twelve hour journey. We got to see the city during the celebration of their patron saint so full of festivity.

Travel in pairs late at night, wouldn’t recommend returning solo through the winding alleyways on weekends especially.

Good location - close walking distance to the supermarket and the town. Street wise is not very nice but when you enter the building, it has an impressive foyer. Clean, good size apartment. The 3 times keyless entry system to get in was very secure.

The 2 pillows on the bed were too flat. No cushions on the sofa/couch. There were no cereal bowls and small plates. Lighting in the kitchen area is very poor.

apartment was an easy 10minute walk from the station and right in the centre of Palermo.Lots of restaurants in the area.Our apartment was No'9 and had the rooftop area which was great.

We had apartment 9 at the top with the rooftop area to sit out on, but the stairs( I counted 70) up to the apartment might be too much for some people.

The property is in a great location, only a couple on minutes walk from all central sites and lots of lovely shops, bars and restaurants. The hosts are extremely helpful, they recommended nearby parking which was great and access to the property couldn’t be more simple. We will definitely be back.

Palermo is really amazing, it sleeps during the day , its a party every night on the streets. The Residence has real nice balcony, you can really feel yourself covered with Palermo.
