For the price you pay - you get far more than can be expected. Hotel seems brand new, once you get on 4th floor, you enter a stylish fresh space. Rooms are modest but fresh and clean, bathroom big and new, aircon - also good. Basic breakfast is good to start your day. Location - a few steps from bus/train station, easily walkable even with big luggage. I stayed in Palermo several times, but never had such a good price to quality relation. Definitely would come back.

We had a wonderful stay in Palermo. The Hotel is located in the core center, very close to some of the main city landmarks. Very close to the city markets of Vucciria and Ballarò as well. Lastly, very close to the train station: this allowed us to reach different destinations, like Cefalù, and the airport very easily. Hosts are very nice and helpful. The room was spacious. Good breakfast.

Nothing. We enjoyed very much our stay. Relaxing and practical. The location is simply perfect, everything is at walking distance. I would come back and I would recommend it. We liked the breakfast and the facilities.

Great location in walking distance to many major landmarks, public transport and grocery stores. Room was spacious and clean, staff helpful. My flight from Palermo was in the evening and they stored my backpack during the day. I couldn't take advantage of window as it was facing the inner courtyard which basically serves as technical space for water and toilet pipes. Basic yet tasty breakfast.

Hotel is located close to the central train station and bust station abd just at the edge of the central pedestrian zone which makes it very convenient. Also, just across the street you have supermarket and several bus lines pass that way. Also, all around are bars and restaurants working late in the night and you will easily find something for you. My room was turned to the West, so I could enjoy beautiful sunset over the roofs of Palermo. Breakfast was not particularly diverse, but you will find something for you, from sweets to savory things, cereals, cheese... On Sunday they offered cakes that were delicious. Staff is young and very kind and helpful. This is not typical hotel, but rather B&B that occupies 4th floor of an old building. It cosy and comfortable and you will not miss anything.

We chose this B&B for the location, a 10 minutes walking distance to the Central Station and Bus Terminals and from the city's Cathedral and Ballarò market. The accommodation was on the 4th floor, reachable by lift, of an old palace. It had been converted in 2022 and our spacious and quiet room had the original frescoed ceiling and the tiled floors. The shower worked perfectly and all the fixtures looked new. The reception was still open when we arrived just before midnight. Coffee and tea at Breakfast were served at the table and the self-serving buffet had a choice of sweet and savoury food. I would highly recommend the Roma 62.

I can't think of anything negative about our experience. I would say that this B&B is perfect for a short stay in Palermo.

My room was very comfortable and clean, with a beautiful view of the rooftops of Palermo. The place has been nicely refurbished in a way that still kept some aspects of its character. Everything was very clean and efficient. Great location close to the train station. Staff were nice.

It is not a hotel, as the name implies. It is a large apartment on the 4th floor of a residential building that's been converted into a few rental rooms. The name is misleading if you think you are booking a room at a hotel. Check-in time is rather late (15:30) and they weren't able to make it available any earlier. Breakfast is mediocre. Still, it was a nice stay and I would definitely go back.

great location, nice spacious room, friendly staff. Breakfast was nice - and the lovely lady offering us cappuccinos was so friendly - a great way to wake up!

the pillows… the only negative I have of this great little place is that the pillows were rock hard. if they replaced them with something softer I’d have rated a 10 I could not sleep on the pillows, but there was a spare duvet that I used as a make-shift pillow.

We had missed our train and had to stay another night in palermo. We were able to book in early . The walk from the station was very short and direct . There was a supermarket located across the road . We caught a bus to the beach the bus stop was very close . You could walk to restaurants. For a short stay it was very practical and convenient for what we needed .

It didn't have a fridge .

One of the better breakfast of the stay, cold meats and cheese in addition to standard jam and bread.

Not sure how stable the bed was, I sat on the edge and ended up tipping the whole thing up. Lift seemed dead when I arrived - property is on the 4th floor. That was quite tough with a suitcase.

Everything was nice and new. Really nice bathroom, comfortably bed. Everything was clean. Breakfast was typical, with toasts, some sweet pastry, fruit, juices, corn flakes and nice coffee. Great value for the money. Excellent location.

The only thing was that I could hear noises from the bathroom from the other room in the morning.
