The staff were absolutely perfect, from bring just very friendly to offering tips for days out and just being so approachable. Breakfast was lovely. Perfect coffee and, again, very attentive staff. It was so clean. The beds are very comfortable. Shower products lovely.

I had 2 rooms booked, one just basic double or twin and the other a superior double/twin. The cheaper room was far larger and had wardrobes and drawers. The superior was quite tiny and had no wardrobe, no drawers, and no kettle or coffee making facilities. We had a balcony and no chairs. I would recommend the basic room over the superior.

The hotel is located between the harbour and the old town - you can easily get everywhere by walk, however, there are also bus lines just a few metres from the hotel itself. For breakfast, there is no buffet, instead you get plates with a selection of sweet croissants, some bread rolls, cold cuts, cheese, a plate of fruit. he super friendly staff serves you coffee/tea and also yoghurt and juices on request.

the noise cancelling could be a bit better - the bar is not separated from the staircase, so if your room is close to it (and there is a partycrowd downstairs), you might have a hard time sleeping. Our rooms were on the 1st and 2nd floor and we could hear if people partied downstairs.

Front desk staff were very knowledgeable and helped in many ways with directions, recommendations. Breakfast was abundant and varied, but it was the same every day of a 4 day stay. The location is honestly very good to get around. You can walk to most sites and can easily catch a bus to the train station or to other towns from the major street one half block away. This was really helpful.

Room was a bit dated. Next to a sex shop. Construction project was active across the street and they started early with hammering and grinding. The balconies were small and I didn't see anyone using them. The terrace on the roof hadn't been cleaned or arranged in a long time.

A brilliant small hotel in the center of Palermo, in close proximity to all major sightseeing places, namely the Opera house. The staff is very friendly and helpful in all aspects of accommodation experience, from the moment of arrival (and even before in communication) until check-out. The building itself is very interesting, and the interior is nicely decorated. Breakfast is served individually to the tables, which is a very nice touch as well.

Obviously, not really nice view from the room, because the hotel is facing small narrow roads all around - but who needs it for a 1-2 days' stay in Palermo when you'll probably only be coming back to the hotel to sleep.

Very friendly, helpful staff who were completely professional and treated us with the greatest of care. Happy to meet the matriarch, a charming, gracious lady. We, as well, have a fourth generation hotel, built by my great-grandfather in 1877 which made your family hotel extra special. Will most certainly recommend you to our travelling friends. Very slippery shower stall floor for oldsters like us. A rubber shower mat would have been helpful. This is not a complaint, just an observation.

We stayed at Hotel Posta at the end of our time in Sicily, and it was the perfect way to end our trip. We loved its location for its proximity to markets, shops, and restaurants, as well as its convenient proximity to the airport bus. It was the perfect, low-stress way to end our time in Sicily. The staff were lovely and helpful with our check-in and check-out needs and questions, and they put together a wonderful breakfast service. Our room was clean, comfortable, with good storage and a mini fridge, and the rooftop terrace was a wonderful place to spend the evenings. We loved this building and the staff of Hotel Posta!

It's a really good place to stay in the centre of Palermo, - just a 5-15 minute walk from the main attractions, 15 min walk to the train station. The hotel is hidden on the side street almost opposite the monumental Post Office, at this location made the hotel pretty quiet. The room is clean and pretty comfortable, 5 stars for the mattress. Many thanks to Donatella and her team, they made our stay pleasant

The bathroom is big enough, but the shower box is small, if the customer is a big guy, it would be difficult to make simple moves. This hotel is 100 years old and is run very well. Probably the old type of lock in the door is a part of the tradition, but it's unsafe, even a kid with a pin could have opened it. I'd also say, that for a room which is 120 euro per night I expected a little fridge there

The staff and the location . The staff is wonderful . The crew in the the breakfast room is superb . Hartina and Dario are most helpful and go out of their way to help . Can’t say enough good thing about them .

The property is an old fashion Italian hotel . Art deco and charming . However , it is in need of upgrades really badly . I think it needs a face lift , furniture and rooms could use a serious updating . They can charge more if they did a revamping .
