Easy walk from airport bus stop. Cordial staff. Very good breakfast with protein (eggs, cheese, cold cuts). Excellent big shower with drenching showerhead. Lobby bar where they will make you a free coffee anytime.

It was outstanding ,immaculate very spacious the bathroom is enormous with a fabulous shower , the bed was super super comfortable, cleaned to the highest standard everyday, attention to detail in every way , we loved that its part of a beautiful period Italian building with the interiors finished to an extremely high end spec.two min walk from the main palazzo and transport hubs , staff were super helpful and friendly

Large garden room with large wardrobe space. Safe deposit box in cupboard. Comfortable bed. Friendly helpful staff. Quiet room overlooking garden. Good simple breakfast.

Not enough choice of fruit for breakfast. Hanging rail in wardrobe so high I had to stand on a chair to hang clothes or remove them. Top of curtain had come away from curtain rail letting daylight in. No fire safety device on ceiling. Difficult to read in bed as bed too far away from bedside light.

well placed for transport and easy walk to the old city. cosy and friendly, the staff were all very helpful and spoke good English.

there was nothing to complain about, though the room needs to be cleaned in the corners and behind doors, and I would suggest a thorough clean of the shower to get rid of the water stains around the shower edge.

Everything. We were greeted with a warm welcome. Our room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were nice. The bathroom was modern and well equipped. The Breakfast Buffet was fabulous! The parking (by payment) was secure. We were not there long enough to make use of the small patio to the rear of the hotel. The Reception recommended a nearby restaurant for dinner where we had a fantastic meal.

I liked everything- no regrets. I searched for a hotel near the port with parking. The hotel is in a ‘neighborhood’ rather than near tourist activities. It could be a 2-3 km walk to the historic center. As I was in Palermo for work, the hotel was great.
