I enjoyed the location as it was very close to my conference venue and not very far from the centre. The room was quiet and the facilities were OK. I had a spacious terrace which I was unable to use due to my busy programme in Palermo.

There was a problem with the lock. I was unable to lock the room from inside, it was not working. It needs mending. Breakfasts need some more alterations as my 4 breakfasts at La Terrazza Palace were identical.

Everything was fine! The staff was friendly, helpful. Everything was clean and tidy. Also good location, all places to visit, metro, shops are near. Breakfast also good. Thank you for stay! We will come back! Recommendations. :)

The last day we asked staff to fill our bottles of water, cause we need to go to the airport and it was very hot outside. But they disagreed, they said that ,,you can drink now during breakfast", so it was strange. Maybe you should think about free water for guests. :)

Our host Antonino was very attentive through our booking process, very responsive to questions and very helpful when we got there, ensuring we had arrived through self check in as we arrived very late in the evening.

I honestly can't think of anything we didn't like, our room was scrupulously clean and in a perfect location to all main attractions and city centre, very safe.

The place is located very close to the center, I could just walk everywhere, which was convenient. The room was spacious, clean & modern, bed was super comfy. Breakfast was lovely on the terrace. Giovanni and the staff were very helpful, going above and beyond to accomodate any request, which is greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay here again in Palermo.

The room was clean and the staff were so nice and helpful. The breakfast experience was phenomenal and the Bed and Breakfast is located in the middle of the city! I had a great stay and would recommend this spot to more people.

The only thing I would recommend is to have directions on how to use the shower but other than that, very easy and such a great stay!

Just an FYI - front desk is not staffed 24/7. So you need to arrange arrival time. Antonino is very helpful & flexible with that - but traffic in Palermo is crazy so you can get delayed unintentionally

This accomodation was a pleasant surprise, very well located in the heart of the city. The B&B itself is located at the first floor of a building and there is an elevator. Self check-in was easy, bed was comfortable, AC worked, bathroom is spacious and nice and staff was friendly. Breakfast was also quite good.

We liked the location, the staff were extremely helpful and gave us an early check in and room upgrade. We couldn’t fault it. The minibar prices were amazingly good value.

Our stay was really nice and Antonino and his staff were very friendly. Also very helpful with sites to see and train schedules. Very lovely people.

Unfortunately, the WiFi in the room had a very low signal and did not work the second night.

The accommodation was clean and comfortable. Large room with good facilities. Staff welcoming upon arrival. Not too far from plenty of attractions and lots of restaurants.

Carrying the cases up 2 flights of stairs but we had read about that.
