Vanessa -our daily host -was helpful joyful and welcoming each morning. Breakfast tasty and all help/questions dealt with to satisfaction. Overall excellent experience at Ai Viciré Grazie! Chatted via phone with Luca who expressed goodness and desire to help. (He was holidaying but accessible which is always a + for a host) Vanessa was ever helpful 🙏

Brilliant location, all local attractions in town centre can be reached easily from the place on feet. Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was in separate room, but again clean and spacious. Staff was extremely helpful, I had problem with paying local ULEZ and staff sorted it even after I left place and had nothing to do with them, very customer orientated. If I would go again to Palermo would definitely consider to stay again.

We came to Ai Vicere for our honeymoon after another hotel had scammed us out of our stay - we were in low spirits but the team here turned that around very quickly! Luca & Vanessa were incredibly kind and even left a little card and bottle of wine in our room to congratulate us. Their personal touches, the wonderful breakfast and their kindness made our honeymoon one to remember.

A quiet oasis in Palermo after a horrendous journey from the UK. Our flight to Catania had been cancelled and we had to travel to Palermo (via Paris!) to get to Sicily. We were warmly greeted when we arrived late and unplanned into Palermo, and an extra bed was put up to fit the whole family into one room. Breakfast was great, and the woman who was on breakfast duty the morning was kind and lovely. thank you.

The most friendly and caring hosts I’ve ever been to. We asked for the few additional things and they immediately gave it to us. They are also always reachable via WhatsApp in case you need something. The apartment is located in the city center. The apartment and bathroom are really nice, clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this apartment for staying in Palermo.

Luca and Michaela and Mina were very nice. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Luca told us how to walk around Palermo and whete to go outside Pakermo. So we saw all the beautiful places. the beds were good for us. Location is next to Theatro Massimo were all the action is at night, including a restaurant street. The breakfast is awesome: everyday 3-4 cakes and croissant, good coffee and juice. Eggs, bread, fruits and yoghurt if you want. you can sit on the terrace in the sun. parking is safe in a nearby parking garage for 10€ a night. We had a lovely stay!!

Friendly staff and host, gave us a lot of information about how to get around the town. The room was big and super clean, with airco. The private ( big ) bathroom, although is was external, it didn’t bothered us too much.

A lot of noise on the corridors from other guests/staff in the morning when serving breakfast.

Few steps from Teatro Massimo, in the heart of beautiful Palermo. Close to the main street full of shops and restaurants. Beautiful building, well maintained.
