We went with a young daughter, the room was well prepared including an extra cot. The location was excellent, right across the road from the hotel is a public beach. Breakfasts were good, both coffee and tea were available, pastries were rather sweet, toaster and toasted bread were available. The food at breakfast was replenished but it was better to go for breakfast earlier rather than later. The staff were lovely, they helped us with everything we needed.

I didn't notice anything, everything was perfect from the hotel side. The weather wasn't ideal, but of course that's nobody's fault.

Great location right on the seafront. Good cafes nearby and short walk to the centre with restaurants, shops etc. The oner and staff were delightful and engaging. The breakfast was wonderful with homemade cakes as well as eggs, cheese, salami, etc. We also found a short walk away an amazing trattoria called 'Trattoria Nina' which serves excellent seafood. The bathroom was clean and well appointed with a lovely big shower. The staff were really accommodating on our last day, letting us stay in the B&B (giving us a separate key) and booking our taxi for us and checking that it was on its way.

The weather was not May weather and very unkind but the B&B couldn't do anything about that!! The shower was a little slippy so be careful.

Location: the beach across the street. Cozy accommodation (just a few rooms) runned by a friendly family. Continental breakfast (not only croissant and coffee but also scrambled eggs and home made pie). Free bike rental. Staying in a historical building.

When you stay for only one night you will get a smaller less luxery room. Still very nice but the bed was to small (1.80 cm long). The bed frame from steel material was sticking out so you can hurt your foot easily. When you book more then 2 days you will get the more luxury and bigger room with comfortable bed.

Variety of buffet breakfast with high quality coffee. Possibility to borrow bikes free of charge. Beach 3 minutes walking from the door. Extremely kind owners / house keeper and super-trooper housemaid. Terrace to have a breakfast.

The metal frame of the bed is a bit dangerous to your knees and toes...in case you hit it. But there is nothing to complain.

Alessandro and the staff were so helpful and welcoming. The check in process was easy, the key access worked great and the room was incredibly comfortable—one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. The breakfast has more options than I could eat in one sitting. I sadly had to leave very early for the trains to Termoli, and Alessandro helped order a taxi to take me to the train. Couldn’t recommend this highly enough, and I hope to return for another visit.

I did wish I could sit out on the veranda at night, but it was closed and shuttered.

Location - sea just over promenade. Inner parking for motorbike. Exellent breakfast. Helpful staff. Nice vitntage atmosphere. Lovely terrace. Enough towels.

located across from the beach, with a lovely promenade. a beautiful historical home with very clean rooms and bathrooms. the hosts were very accommodating and the breakfast included certainly was more than was expected! proximity to main shopping area and restaurants is great. definitely a place to stay, easy to access and beautiful location. The first thing that catches the eye is the location of the B&B . Perfectly located across the beach and walking distance from the centre. The rooms were very clean, beds and towels got changed daily and breakfast was served between 8:15am and 10am. The owners were very friendly and were there for anything you need. King-size bed, bath, shower, fridge and more!

The staff is amazing, helpful and attentive. Very accommodating to us, with our 11 month old baby. Just such a great place!

I wish there were some savory options at breakfast. Eggs would have been nice, but they always had a nice welcoming spread of sweet breakfast things.

We had a medical situation and without even asking for anything they changed the dates (even tho it was a non-refundable stay) and they helped us with everything. Not to even mention how responsive they are, very fast and easy communication, on top - great location!
