beautiful property, fantastic location, great staff

The main thing that stands out for me was our meal at the Nobu restaurant. We have dined at other Nobu’s as well. We don’t mind spending money at very nice restaurants but this particular one had a $20 charge for a small bowl of just regular white rice for one person. There is a line between paying money for a nice meal and gouging which clearly the rice charge falls in that group. I could have bought them a 20 pound bag of rice for the charge of this ridiculous price on a scoop of rice. Yes it’s a small thing but so ridiculous I had to comment.

Great Location, close to Porto Cerdo and vicinities.

The beach is quite far away from the hotel, even though you have shuttle boat once you are there, there are no bar or service where you can order a drink or something to eat. The facilitates at the beach front are under construction.

Staff were exceptional, very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Stunning location and good amenities and food.

We went in May, not peak season, so the beach and some restaurants were closed which was a shame but there are plenty of nearby beaches

OUTSTANDING, BEAUTIFULL AMAXING SERVICE RSNKSVAS ONE OF THE BEST IN THE WORLD IN MY VIEW. THE STAFF WERE BETTER THAN EXCELLENT IN EVERY RESPECT.. A REAL TREAT TO STAY THERE.

The weather on some days

the renovated rooms especially the bathrooms in the ancient rooms are amazing, renovated with taste and respect for the original style and work of famous architect Jacques Couelle and his son Savin. I liked the tasteful renovation of the restaurant too.

I dont like the pool and the pool and the pool area. You need to improve this part of the hotel

The prices are really very high and I think they are unreasonable. Didn't like the massage.

stunning location yes it’s 10 mins by taxi to Porto Cervo but it’s so tranquil and relaxing! Decor in the Hotel was just beautiful the attention to detail was excellent.

all the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful especially Massimo who gave us a tip about taking bread out to feed the fishes when going out on the boat!

The number one thing about this hotel is the staff. They go beyond any other hotel we have stayed at and words can not express there generosity and dedication to our enjoyment . The food was perfect everyone meal , There is not one thing we would have changed during our hotel , thanks you staff, see you next year .
