beautiful property, fantastic location, great staff

The main thing that stands out for me was our meal at the Nobu restaurant. We have dined at other Nobu’s as well. We don’t mind spending money at very nice restaurants but this particular one had a $20 charge for a small bowl of just regular white rice for one person. There is a line between paying money for a nice meal and gouging which clearly the rice charge falls in that group. I could have bought them a 20 pound bag of rice for the charge of this ridiculous price on a scoop of rice. Yes it’s a small thing but so ridiculous I had to comment.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful as well as very professional in their jobs. The design of the hotel is very interesting. I would say among all the hotels I stayed in, this room/ bathroom I liked the most. It is a combination of retro with luxury with modern comfort and fantasy. Trip by boat to the private beach is awesome. Food was good.

Alcohol should be less pricy …

The service is exceptional the staff is so friendly and accommodating my husband got an allergy on a Sunday and they brought him a doctor to the hotel. The concierge team is lovely. The hotel is so charming and cute the beach is beautiful and the rooms are so comfortable.

Pricing was expensive (for the food and drinks)

Beautiful property with an extraordinary pool, private beach access, lovely shops and good food. Great location, close to Porto Cuervo. Great beds - as expected of a luxury resort. Staff is extremely attentive and provides friendly, prompt and efficient service.

Staff were exceptional, very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Stunning location and good amenities and food.

We went in May, not peak season, so the beach and some restaurants were closed which was a shame but there are plenty of nearby beaches

OUTSTANDING, BEAUTIFULL AMAXING SERVICE RSNKSVAS ONE OF THE BEST IN THE WORLD IN MY VIEW. THE STAFF WERE BETTER THAN EXCELLENT IN EVERY RESPECT.. A REAL TREAT TO STAY THERE.

every single thing was absolutely perfect! interiors to die for, exceptional location, stunning and crystal clear waters, superb staff - it was impeccably beautiful

not one thing to complain about

the renovated rooms especially the bathrooms in the ancient rooms are amazing, renovated with taste and respect for the original style and work of famous architect Jacques Couelle and his son Savin. I liked the tasteful renovation of the restaurant too.

I dont like the pool and the pool and the pool area. You need to improve this part of the hotel

the hotel is really authentic and very beautiful.

The prices are really very high and I think they are unreasonable. Didn't like the massage.
