Good location, clean and comfortable

AC is working with the sound of a tractor and the automatic function doesn't work If somebody is walking/talking on the corridor, it feels like he is next to your bed

Great location, only a 10 minute walk from Quatro D Altina train station, which is only 2 stops from Venezia Mestre and 3 stops from Venezia Santa Lucia. Food and shopping options are also close. Very modern and clean, even have universal USB plugs by bed. 24 hr reception staff were very professional, kind, and accommodating. Free, secured luggage storage before check-in and after checkout. Beds were comfortable and shower was hot with great water pressure. I would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

The hotel is clean and has everything needed for a comfortable stay, including black out curtains which helped with sleeping in! The staff were nice and friendly. Our stay was short just to get us close to the airport (16min drive) but we were able to find cute local pizzeria and gelato within walking distance!

The staff inquired if we would like to include breakfast to our stay, which we did not want. Minutes later they then offered us to sign up online & get a free breakfast, so the initial inquiry seemed like a money grab. The breakfast looked more diverse & extravagant in pictures than in real life but it sufficed!

Great location for the road trips - next to the highway, but not too close to wake up through the night from the noise. Clean rooms, big bathroom, all you need is provided. Breakfast also very good 24x7 reception and free parking makes it even better. In 5-10 minutes walk you also can find some restaurants and get good pizza for 6€. Grocery store is in 2 minutes 20 minutes drive to Venice

No option for one big size bed. Only two separate ones that can be moved together - but gap between them doesn’t help :)

The bathroom was perfectly clean and modern. What we appreciated most was Jessica's kindness at the desk, she was very helpful and patient and calm, thanks again! The locked safe deposit for luggage is lifesaver.

We noticed in some of the hotels at north italy there is the same artificial scent in rooms, - here was the least aggressive, but it's still hard to fall asleep in a room with a scent. Except that everything was allright.

Its very well mantained B&B, reception staff was very helpful and friendly. Mantainance staff also super helpful, friendly and doing amazing job. I stayed in superior room, and I can confirm it was big, clean and matress was very comfy. Hotel is 10 minutes walk from train station, with regular trains to Venice, Portogruaro and Triest, theres also bus stop nearby, with bus going to shopping centre in Gaggio.

I liked everything

Great location with easy access to Venice, 5 mins walk to the train station and a train every half hour into Venice.Very helpful lady receptionist who wears glasses, I forget her name. She suggested places to visit and things to do.

No kettle in the room for hot drink. Not a big deal as the lady was helpful in sorting some hot water. Just slightly inconvenient.

We were very happy there. The staff was very nice. The rooms were clean. The price was good. We will definitely stay there again. There are restaurants nearby. It's in a quiet and safe area and there is plenty of parking.

Overall there is nothing really negative. The walls are a bit thin, but luckily it wasn't noisy after we went up to bed. It's about 15 to 18 minute drive to the airport, but we knew this in advance. We chose this place for the price.

Good mattress, location, value for money, we had a nice one night stay and we'll definitely be back when in the area.

Just a few notes which don't affect our rate - It's actualy not 4 stars hotel as showed on Booking, on their site it is stated that it's a 3 star and that's what you get. Although the rooms are refurbished, the bathrooms are not (at least in our two rooms) Scrambled eggs (as in most hotel chains today), not made from fresh eggs but out of the box :(

Great place for a stopover on the way to anywhere like Treviso, Venice, Bologna etc. Or if you have a flight layover. In 5 minutes you're on the highway. There're some restaurant and bakery options in Quarto d'Altino. Parking is very spaceous. Room and bathroom are also very spaceous. It's a bt noisy if you open the window because of the proximity to the highway and there're also trains going by.
