What a hidden gem this hotel is!!! Borgo Cà dei Sospiri was a God send after being stranded in Venice airport, due to a missed flight connection, myself and my friend booked Borgo Cà dei Sospiri at 12pm and arrived 30 minutes later, where we were greeted by the most lovely Receptionist who could not have done enough for us. After explaining our eventful morning to the receptionist she upgraded us to a beautiful suite, with one of the comfiest beds I have ever had the pleasure of sleeping in. Every member of staff we came across were so kind and welcoming and the grounds of the hotel are like something from a film, so picturesque and everything you could imagine the Italian countryside to be! Both the lunch time restaurant and the main restaurant were faultless, the food was so tasty and reasonably priced. The hotel is in a remote location with a small village a short walk away, which unfortunately we did not get chance to visit! If you are looking for an authentic Italian hotel with friendly staff, stunning surroundings and delicious food, please look no further than Borgo Cà dei Sospiri! I cannot wait to return

It was immaculate, room was a good size and the staff was very helpful and professional. I booked because I wanted someplace not too far from the airport. I was able to easily get to Venice with the train - platform 3 and Treviso with the bus. They had a shuttle for 5€ that brought you to the train and bus stops. You called the hotel to have the shuttle pick you up on your return from the bus or train. They also had a swimming pool, but I didn’t use it. The taxi to the airport was 40€

The restaurant was a bit pricey and the food was not great. However, the breakfast was very good.

A beautiful place, nicely decorated rooms, very kind staff, as well as a rich breakfast, which is not so common in Italy. Especially suitable for families who want to spend leisurely time - swimming in the pool, sunbathing, riding bicycles. We have stayed at this property several times over 10 years and every time we stay we find ourselves willing to come back once again.

The room was quite small for 4 people, but it didn't affected our overall impression much.

Breakfast is magnificent,it is one of the best buffet breakfasts you could wish for ! The location is good in a very quiet neighbourhood but the hotel shuttle service will take you to the local train station where you can take a train to Venice every half hour ( journey time is less than 30 mins ) When you return they will pick you up and take you back to the hotel. One or two nice restaurants nearby but I would recommend the hotels own restaurant ,everything we had delicious

The only thing that I would like to improve is wi fi internet connection .

We spent a night prior to early departure from the airport. For that purpose it is well located. The property was clean and we got good recommendation for dinner at a nearby town.

The room décor is not attractive and bathroom is large but feels empty. The courtesy of the receptionist upon departure was lacking good will- very contrary to all other places we stayed at during that trip. Overall value is OK but not more than that.

I loved the location but ensure you get clear directions on the train. They have a shuttle service but u must pay. I was travelling on my own I’m female I never felt weird there for doing so. I missed the boat ride on the Sile river it has swans!! The taxi at around $70 AUD my dollar is not worth much currently was too dear to consider. Nice pool and ground I live in the centre of a city so this way I could go into Venice then bail

That I could not open the doors on the train one night and was stuck at a rural station. My phone about to die but I was able to call the hotel and they gave me clear directions

Every member of the staff was helpful and professional, we felt very welcomed. We liked our room, comfortable beds (different types of pillows to choose from!), the pool area etc. Breakfast was sufficient and fresh. Everything was clean and taken good care of. There was nothing that we could complain about :) There is a shuttle service from the hotel to the train station to reach Venice, so visiting Venice is rather quick and easy.

We had a great stay in this lovely agriturismo. The staff is very friendly and helpfull, the beds are good, the shower is great and a nice garden with swimming pool to relax. We did a kayak tour at the river Sile and the whole area and nature is beautiful. And off course we visited Venice a lot! There’s a free parking lot at Quarto ‘d Altino trainstation and for €7,80 return you are at St. Lucia in Venice. A great way to explore the city.

Super friendly staff, clean, quiet location, plenty of parking, really high quality hotel overall for a very low price.

This isn't a complaint as I was given a room upgrade for free which I'm very grateful for, but in the room i was given there were a couple of spider webs and sadly very little shower gel which ran out quickly. However the cleaning staff do a great job anyway so this isn't a criticism of them.

Its perfect place for family holidays. We were 8 people and we had 3 numbers for 4 days.Its silent. Pool depth is perfect for adults and kids. Everything is clean. Rooms looks as advertised. Breakfast is fresh and tasty. And hotel staff is so freindly and kind. We were traveling by car, so we can say that hotel is Just next to all main roads for going to most popular tourist places.
