Location is great! Close to the train station and close to the main interest areas! Staff was super friendly and very helpful! Breakfast was great! Not a huge variety but for Italy it is a lot(in other hotels fancier than this we got a coffee and a biscuit)! The room size was good and although we found that soundproofing is not the best we did not have a huge amount of noise passing through the walls. Overall a great experience! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Lovely hotel at in a lovely small town, near the beach and from a short walk from the train station. Fantastic staff and hospitality, spotless clean, offering great breakfast and any support you require (recommending restaurants or offering help to store luggage until our train was departing to Milan.)

Would welcome a kettle for a quick tea or coffee in the room. Might be busy in peak season - both the street and neighbor rooms. (Not a problem in quieter periods)

An unexpected and absolute jewel tucked away in downtown Rapallo. We were given a charming little room with its own balcony that had a table and two chairs. The bathroom was spotless and contained some lovely little packages, shower cap, earbuds, even little sachets of intimate soap. We found these things very thoughtful. The service was wonderful, people were so kind and helpful and the breakfast was great.

There was nothing not to like about the place. Rapallo itself has a serious problem with parking so be prepared.

Very nice cozy hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, the hotel staff was very friendly. I really liked the interior with a lot of pictures and  figurines of cats. You have to walk a bit to the beach, but it`s ok.  Close to the hotel is located a store with very cheap fruits. Hotel employee was so kind as to offer to me a knife for my watermelon and glass for my vine. In the room you do not have a fridge, but you can keep something in the fridge downstairs. Also, an employee at the reception fluently speaks English. I only would not recommend  to choose August for your vacation in Rapallo, because were too much of  people in the city and at the beach. But it`s nothing to do with the hotel. Hotel is very comfortable :)

Location. Just in the middle of the city, and no place to park at all. This, although , applied to the whole city. we finally parked along the river, but that was like 400 meter away from the hotel. Very simple breakfast. (don't know if it is the characteristic of small hotels or just this one). The choices were limited.

Everything was great! The authentic receptionist made us feel welcome, checked us in and showed us to our room. The linen was clean and neatly laid out. Breakfast is simple, but everything is fresh and tasty. We were very pleased that the hotel maintains a high level of service during the low season.

Everything about the room was perfect. There was a small comfortable single bed and a very clean bathroom with everything you needed.

The only problem in the bathroom was that the shower handle was a bit loose. And the price of the room could've been slightly cheaper considering the location.

Perfect little hotel with everything we needed. 5 minute walk from the centre of Rapallo and 10 minutes to the beach. Room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was a small selection but had everything we needed.

Liked the rooms...newly renovated with a great bathroom. We really liked that it was air conditioned as it was quite warm and humid. The staff were all pleasant and very helpful. Breakfast was a good start to the day

Luckily there was an elevator for the suitcases , as there are only steps for the guests. However the stairs are very wide and the gradient is not steep at all...so not an issue.

Our staff at the hotel were very friendly and helped with our plans of exploring the area, telling us the best routes and all of the best places to visit. The staff were also very accommodating on our last day and provided breakfast earlier than they usually do. They even provided take away bags as we were running late. Overall very friendly and lovely staff would definitely recommend. Additionally the area was very close to the port and restaurants for you to explore.
