Marco and Filipinos were extremely nice and the hotel was very cute and well-kept! Everything was clean and they really make an effort to make sure you feel welcome! I can’t say enough how great of an experience it was and how nice they are! ☺️ Poldo and Zoe are also an amazing plus. My family lost its basset hound last year and I’ve missed him ever since. To be around them was bittersweet because they made me wish my dog was still here, but being able to pet them healed my heart, especially Poldo with his « Vespa » foot. 10/10 experience and would absolutely book again and tell my friends/family to do so too!! Thank you for the amazing stay!

The cordiality of the owners and, generosity of toiletries (so many and unusual ones!) So fun to discover and enjoy. I felt very welcome and they do their best to help you with info. Great location to walk all over Rapallo and distance from the train station. Next door a great place to buy a salad... As a solo traveler I was happy with it.

Not that I don't like but they do have two big dogs and they are the owners of the lobby. If you don't like dogs, check somewhere else. They let you know in advance and I think that is a very fair notice.

Good-sized room in small hotel in side street in centre of town, not far from the sea-front, and close to shops/bars/etc. Very friendly and helpful owner. Clean and comfortable, with good wifi. The owner has fitted out the hotel in his own idiosyncratic way (including his beloved dogs), which to me made a welcome change to the rather bland hotel chains. Some other guests have complained about the dogs and their smell, but I didn't find this to be a problem. Should I find myself in Rapallo again, I may well stop here again too.

We really enjoyed staying here. The staff is ultra nice and helpful and makes you feel like you are at home. You are also greeted by two lovely dogs in the lobby. The rooms are very comfortable, kept clean and has all the amenities one needs and more. Overall, a very lovely place.

The shower-booth was just a bit small. The street and surroundings were a bit loud on a friday night, but what can you expect.

Marco was absolutely amazing since I did the booking. He went extra lengths to help me, made me feel comfortable before and during my stay. the location is super close to the train station and the seaside.

there was an unusual smell on the common areas. not the hotel’s fault, but the people next door were incredibly noisy and woke me up several times both nights.

Extremely friendly staff, very helpful and making you feel at ease asking anything you want. Rich and tasty breakfast, served inside or outside in the patio at your choice. Perfect cleaning. Location is fantastic - quiet private street in the city center - very close to everything you may want, we didn't use the car inside the city at all.

The room wasn't really big, yet enough for anything essential, not crampy. The parking is not ideal, yet acceptable - you will be granted a place in the adjacent garage (some 100 m from the entrance) if available, or a local parking permit that allowing parking on any white marked spot in the city, including limited to 1 hour (there is a lot of those at Piazzale Cile - about 250-300m from entrance) - anyhow you can drive to the entrance to load / unload your stuff.

The breakfast was great! Everything was great. It was the first time when there was more than enough wall outlets for us.

I would like a bigger safe to put my computer in it. Also, it must be attached to the wall and not to the thin cabinet back wall with two small screws.

Excellent location in the center of Rapallo in a quiet street: hotel is 150mt from the sea promenade, 7 minute walk from railway station. Just around the hotel there are many shops for food/restaurants, vegetable & fruit shop 70 mt from hotel Host Marco and Filippo gave us very good advice and very useful free maps. They spent time with us on listening us and suggesting excursions which we did and were fantastic (Portofino natural reserve, Cinque Terre)!! We like a lot that atmosphere in hotel is relaxed and easy thanks to host Marco/Filippo, they were very attentive to our requests, immediately provided answer/solution. Room was quiet at night, two useful small tables and footstools in room were very useful, we also appreciated the coffee machine and tea machine in room, free coffee capsules and tea bags. Very High standard toiletries provided by hotel (shampoo, soap, body cream) Breakfast is excellent in quantity and quality, sweet and sour, fruit. Expecially focaccia, crostata, croissont were very good. The Hotel gave us the hotel parking permit for free so we could park our car just 150mt from hotel in the public parking spaces and we used public transport, this was a very appreciated bonus! We were very pleased with the high quality of services in shops, higt quality of food in restaurants, and overall experience in Rapallo.

The people were very fruendly and always ready to help us with information. The room was cozy and clean with everything you need: coffee, tea, sweets, water.... The breakfast was delicious, there was a lot to choose from (sweet as well as salty) and everything was fresh. Our stay couldn't have been better.

Marco and Filippo the hosts are exceptional. Marco has such a vast knowledge and is always willing to assist and made us feel very at home. Their dogs, Poldo and Zoe are also a delight. Our room was very comfortable, air conditioning was great and we had the best nights sleep in the big bed.
