Great location in the center of Rapallo, close to public beach, train station, ferry terminal, restaurants, supermarket... Rooms are renovated and have bathrooms are a bit older, but functional (at least 2 showers and 4 toilets in the property). Bed was comfortable. Host and cleaning lady are very friendly. Nice view of the hills. There was construction on the road, during my stay they finished construction of the pavement. It seemed it wont take too long to finish the road.

The location and the amenities were perfect for the price! Alessandro was one of the best hosts I've ever met during my stays. The hotel also has an restaurant down below, the Santa Margherita Ligure is perfect to have a couple of drinks; it is 5-6 minutes away from the hotel (by car), also it is possible to walk at night. The ferry dock is just 200 meters away so you can take the ferry and explore the Portofino and San Fruttuoso Bay... We have extended our stay, we loved Rapallo and the hotel. With a small purse and on a low-budget-trip I found this great place and it was the best choice. Much cheaper than anywhere else in this region, a restaurant just down there next to the hotel. Very friendly and fair staff, a clean room and a location in the center of Rapallo. If you don't mind an old hotel, you will be satisfied here!

The place vas super clean! Just was TOO HOT. I’ll come back but not in July. It is in a very great spot everything is 2 minutes waking, and it is in a strategic position with boat everything is close 5 terre, Portofino, San Fruttuoso, e Porto venere.

I think it needs AC, and a fridge, small one because I wanted to have fresh water at night and I never could because there was no fridge unfortunately and it was way too hot even if I bought cold water at the store by the time I’d get home was already warm. So I’d recommend a fridge

The location of the hotel is ideal. It's not far from Rapallo train station, the ferry terminal and seafront. You can easily walk everywhere from this hotel.

Lumps in the bed but if you're a deep sleeper, this will not be an issue. It's a dated property but reasonably well maintained. The place is good for a few nights stay.

Location, big room, beautiful building with terrazzo floors.

No staff, keys at the neighbors restaurant. The shared bathroom is big, with a separate toilet. It but needs a complete renovation. Bathtub, showerhead broken, and a plastic curtain. Make a walk inn shower and the hotel is a great place!

A very nice room for the price-quality. At 5 minutes walking from the train station. And very close to the centre and the beach. The hotel is siuated in a typical Italian apartment with a classic elevator. Which gives you a bit of a residential feeling. The check in and information you get in the restaurant next to the apartment (which belongs to the owners). The room was clean (and aired; the windows were open before my arrival) and contains tv, table, sink and clothing furniture. The external bathrooms (2) were good and clean everyday.

For the money you pay (bear in mind that you are in the Italian Riviera), you can't ask for more. The room is clean and comfortable The staff is super nice And the shared bathroom was always clean Good location - close to the Train and Ferry

For my expectations... Nothing It's not a perfect hotel, a shared bathroom is not an amazing thing but what they give you value for money

The location is just amazing. Close everywhere... The view from the room is also great.

The hotel on the other side of the street has some parties on the weekand so in this case you have to close the windows until they finish. Happily the windows are new so they really minimise the noise.

since the building is old, the doors are not working properly, I thought I was locked in the bathroom a couple times :(
