Our 3 nights here were a major highlight of our 4 week Italy holiday. The concierge was incredibly friendly, helpful and supportive, especially when my wife fell ill. The food and service were impeccable and the suggestion to travel a local path into the hills (instead of an all day trip to the Path of the Gods) was fantastic and thoroughly enjoyable. The views from this Hotel were nothing like we had ever seen (novice traveller alert!!) and sipping a cold one or a coffee on the terrace was exteremly relaxing and rewarding. Highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Ravello.

Good size room, shower was good enough. Balcony area was nice could sit out under shade and look across neighbouring villages along the coast. Staff were brilliant and very helpful to a point of falling over themselves. Location is stunning!

The bed was not very comfortable at all. Found it very difficult to sleep. Aircon unit has a quiet mode, however in the dead of night its anything but quiet. Found the beer on draft a bit gassy; hence had to drink elsewhere or go for bottled. Could be more the delivery system than the beer itself.

high on the mountain, the room and the hotel commons provide exceptional view of Amalfi coast! the hotel also has very good shared laundry room.

Wonderful traditional small family run hotel in great position in this beautiful town. We were delighted to have chosen this hotel and will definitely return. Hotel is a sanctuary from the crowds on the coast- Ravello is stunning and so much quieter than the coast. Bus is jammed and a little hairy, tho only 10 mins actual drive, and taxis very expensive up the hill, but we would still go here every time rather than the coast. Beautiful small terrace garden at the hotel via the cloister, and dinner on another delightful terrace. Food great. All staff great and some wonderful guests, felt very lucky to have happened upon this little gem when booking last minute. We were lucky to have a room with a pretty garden with good views of sunrise. Room clean and traditional, comfy bed and lovely linens. Easy -for us!-slightly hilly walk into town but incredibly scenic past church, Belmond hotel, and beautiful area into town. Buses to Amalfi easy from town or wonderful walks to Amalfi or Minori and then the Lemon Trail on to Maiori. staff happy for us to borrow walking sticks left by other visitors which was great help. Thank you- have loved it.

Antonio the host is first class. He was always there to answer all of my questions online before arrival and just as perfect onsite. The family run business creates a home away from home atmosphere where you feel welcomed the instant you arrive. The breakfast was exactly what I like since I prefer cold selections of fruit and yoghurt. The croissants are kept warm and the fruit is nicely ripened.

The wifi only worked in the suite which actually makes sense on vacation.

We loved the location, views and the loveliness of all staff members. They are very good at what they do, respectful, friendly and helpful. Antonio, the hotel Manager is an absolute legend. We will be coming back, highly recommend!

Really beautiful traditional entrance with mature garden, water fountain with terrace area adjacent to outdoor bar overlooking tremendous views of the Amalfi Coast. Antonio is very passionate about his hotel and his customer service skills are second to none. He really does care about your experience. The room vs the price was very fair, and came with a beautiful window with a stunning view. lovely air conditioning. the restaurant was on a separate terrace, again sporting fabulous views of the Amalfi Coast - delicious freshly caught fish, traditional Italian food & very friendly waiting staff. cannot recommended highly enough and would definitely return to this property.

location, the restaurant, views and sunsets, the ancient building and plants, terraces and view form the terraces are overwhelming, very nice staff!

room furniture (especially the bed) was old (could do with some refurbishments, especially the bed which was short and crancky), a lot fo noise from the street so book a back room if you can, parking is not ON site but in a parking at extra cost of 25 euro (they do offer valet)

We enjoyed everything about Hotel Parsifal. The views from the hotel were spectacular. Beautiful view of the mountain and ocean the grounds The outside terrace nicely landscaped with beautiful flowers. We were greeted by Antonio who was pleasant and warm. He provided excellent customer service. All of the staff were friendly The hotel is about a 8 to 10 minute nice walk to the plaza where you will find restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the continental breakfast and they have a restaurant. They lent us an iron and extra suitcase racks to hold our luggage. The room was bigger than other hotels we visited in Italy including Ravello. We attended a wedding in Ravello which was beautiful. I would highly recommend Hotel Parsifal.

This location was beautiful We stayed in room #20 and we had views for days We got greeted by the owner who was so helpful , he gave us a map of ravello , gave us bus tickets & booked us reservation for dinner . 10/10 service !!!! We had dinner one of the nights at their location & their risotto was to die for , delicious… definitely recommend this hotel for stay at ravello
